Equestrian Professional Curriculum System From The Perspective Of Demand Orientation Construction Research

In the context of the transformation,development and upgrading of the equestrian industry,the industry has put forward new requirements for professional equestrian education.There is still a big gap between current equestrian education and the needs of the social industry,whether it comes from promoting the sustainable development of equestrian professionalism and increasing the employment rate of students.See,all need to further optimize the existing equestrian course system.The research focuses on employers’ expectations for equestrian graduates,and collects data from multiple perspectives such as recruitment information,Weibo data,and interviews with equestrian industry practitioners on the "24365 Campus Recruitment" platform launched by the Ministry of Education,using descriptive research methods.,Text analysis methods and visualization methods for data analysis,explore the current development status of the domestic equestrian industry and the knowledge and professional skills that practitioners should have,and take the quantitative results of recruitment information and the qualitative results of equestrian market demand as the logical starting point.Combining with the characteristics of the equestrian specialty,a curriculum system for the equestrian specialty under the market demand-oriented perspective has been constructed.The research results show that:(1)Equestrian and horse racing activities in my country at this stage are still in the rapid development stage of niche sports,and many fields of the industry are in the initial or undeveloped stage.The source of equestrian industry practitioners is single,and there is a shortage of basic horse industry practitioners and specialists.Sexual technical talents,highly educated theoretical talents,and the phenomenon of mutual excavation and flow of talents from employers are obvious.(2)The demand for equestrian professions is generally low for academic qualifications.More than half of the recruitment information requires work experience,and work experience is proportional to the qualification certificate.Practitioners need to have basic horse knowledge,equestrian riding ability and professionalism.The outstanding skills developed,employment skills include equestrian course teaching,horse training,horse care,stable management,venue maintenance,event organization,etc.(3)Combining the collinear relationship among all employment skills,the core employment skills are divided into four subgroups: equestrian sports skills,stable management skills,event organization skills,and equestrian marketing skills,including event organization skills and equestrian marketing skills.The groups are closely related,and the equestrian sports skills and stable management skills subgroups are connected by a direct link,and the scale is larger.(4)Based on the market demand,it is designed to train the system to master riding skills,have high equestrian teaching and guidance skills and stable management capabilities,meet the qualifications of the equestrian field and technical standards for special sports,and master the basic knowledge of equestrian sports.It is a professional training goal for high-quality applied technical talents who can carry out corresponding work in schools,clubs and other fields.(5)Equestrian professional curriculum system from the perspective of market demand.The curriculum content system is constructed from two aspects: basic theoretical knowledge and professional skills.Professional basic theoretical courses mainly include horse body shape and appearance evaluation,horse physiology and anatomy,horse nutrition and feeding management,Basic horse damage and prevention,horse behavior and welfare,equestrian coaching standards,etc.;vocational skills courses mainly include equestrian course teaching,speed riding,flat riding,obstacle riding,English equestrianism,basic horse training,harness maintenance,Courses such as hoof nailing technique and so on.
