| Labor education is the main content of the comprehensive development of students ’moral education,physical education,and labor.Primary labor education plays an important role in cultivating students’ aesthetic ability and intellectual development.However,in the current school education practice,labor education is weakened in schools.The phenomenon of being softened in the family and downplayed in the society.Aiming at the problems in labor education,promoting the construction of labor education courses is an effective method for improvement.How to better develop labor education courses in primary education is the key to this study.This study takes Anqing M Elementary School as a case study object,and uses questionnaire survey methods and interview methods to analyze the status quo of the implementation of labor education courses in M Elementary School.The following problems were found: the objectives of the labor education curriculum are not clear,the content of the labor education curriculum is one-sided,the teaching methods of the labor education curriculum are rigid and rigid,the evaluation of the labor education curriculum is not specific,the supporting facilities of the labor education curriculum are not complete,and the management mechanism of the labor education curriculum is not sound The labor education curriculum lacks a good off-campus implementation environment.It also explores the reasons for the problems in the implementation of the M elementary school’s labor education curriculum from the aspects of society,school,and family,and proposes a plan to promote implementation: implement the objectives of the labor education curriculum,expand the content of the labor education curriculum,and realize diversified teaching of the labor education curriculum.Methods,clarify the allocation and evaluation methods of labor education curriculum resources,improve the labor education curriculum management mechanism,and improve the off-campus implementation environment of labor education curriculum. |
