Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,science and technology have an important impact on social economy,politics and environment,and the development of the country requires more and more citizens’ scientific literacy.With the reform of basic education curriculum and the development of science education curriculum,STSE education has been paid more and more attention.STSE education emphasizes the close links between science education,modern technology,social production life and living environment,STSE education is primarily concerned with how science and technology affect human society and the living environment,and in this dynamic process,how society and the environment will influence the direction of science and technology,develops students’ practical ability to solve practical problems,participate in social activities,investigate and analyze them through scientific knowledge and technology,and students’ ability to evaluate and make decisions on important issues affecting society and the environment,and encourages students to actively participate in the future construction and development of human society to form the correct values and codes of conduct.This research is based on literature research,case study,design-based research,questionnaire survey and action research,adheres to the purpose of technical service education and optimizing teaching,systematically combs the literature of experiential learning,PBL(project-based learning)and inquiry learning,analyzes the literature,policy texts,planning documents and curriculum standards of theoretical research on primary science education in recent years,and examines the present situation and demand,typical cases and lesson case resources of primary science education.,it lays a solid theoretical foundation and foothold for this study.Based on this,the design process of primary school science teaching for STSE education is constructed.Further,according to the core idea of STSE,taking the special topic as the leader,the primary school science curriculum carries on the teaching content reconstruction,the teaching flow reorganization,the teaching resources and the environment unifies,has designed the series teaching lesson example which is guided by four special topics,synthetically applies various technical means,has developed the rich teaching resources,has designed the series teaching lesson example.After the development of the class example,we carry out action research,explore the application mode,analyze the application effect,optimize the iterative application mode and class example design,form the application mode oriented to STSE literacy,provide useful reference for the implementation of the concept of STSE education,and provide reference for primary school science teachers to carry out class example design,resource development,activity design,situation creation,inquiry project design and so on.The results show,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the primary school science curriculum for STSE education can arouse students’ enthusiasm and activate students’ life experience.Students experience science,construct knowledge,understand scientific principles,acquire scientific methods and promote the development of critical thinking,innovation ability and problem solving ability.
