In recent years,with the deepening of curriculum reform,science education has been paid more and more attention.The primary school science curriculum has been changed from grade 3-6 to grade 1-6.The new compulsory education primary school science curriculum standard "(hereinafter referred to as the" curriculum "for short)of the traditional three-dimensional target as the concept of total target domain points target decomposition,the first to" science(S),technology(T),society(S)and environment(E)"as one of the overall goal of the four aspects,highlights the STSE education is of great importance.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out STSE education in primary school science teaching.In this study,the development history of STS and STSE,as well as the development of STSE education in various disciplines are summarized by means of investigation,and the connotation of STSE education concept is deeply studied.Questionnaire survey and classroom observation were used to investigate the current situation of STSE education in primary school science teaching.According to the results of the survey,there are some problems in the current situation of STSE education in science and biology teaching in primary schools.Lack of penetration and application of STSE in the design of teaching activities;The resources of school places are only limited to classrooms and campus,which do not provide a better learning environment for students' STSE education.There is a lack of parent evaluation,and new activity works need to be developed.This paper aims at the problems found in the investigation,makes up for the existing shortcomings,and combines theory with practice,in depth analysis of the curriculum standard and the science textbook of Jiangsu primary school,the contents of Botany and ecological environment are selected for the case design and teaching link design of science theme teaching under the concept of STSE,teaching practice based on the students of Grade 3-6 in primary school.To achieve the expected design goals,the teaching effect is good,and the teaching design cases and teaching link design cases with characteristic themes are preliminarily formed.
