| Nowadays,graduates from junior and senior vocational colleges have continuously contributed to the development of Chinese economic society.Vocational education has already occupied the half part of Chinese education system.Meanwhile,students’ associations of junior and senior vocational colleges are not only important parts of enriching campus culture,but also cultivate students’ comprehensive capabilities and promote professional knowledge.As the extension of the first classroom,students’ associations play an important role to making up the shortfall of the first classroom in a more flexible way.However,nowadays there are some imbalances in students’ associations of junior and senior vocational colleges which seriously impair the sustainable development of the associations and do harm to the students.Therefore,it becomes more urgent in the demand for the theoretical and practical study of the imbalances in students’ associations of junior and senior vocational colleges.Based on the theory of public governance,organizational sociology,organizational behavior and humanistic theory,this paper studies the imbalances of students’ associations by means of deep interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis.First of all,this paper expounds the basic concepts and main theories;Secondly,application of factor analysis,regression analysis and some other multivariate statistical analysis methods are used to evaluate the imbalances of students’ associations in junior and senior vocational colleges;Thirdly,this paper analyzes the causes of the imbalances from the perspective of the information imbalances,the evaluation imbalances and the imbalances of the school-enterprise cooperation and the imbalances of the management.Finally,on the basis of learning from the successful experience of the coexistence of autonomy and others regulation in foreign students’ associations,the corresponding suggestions of balances are proposed.According to the current problems of students’ associations in junior and senior vocational colleges,this paper suggests that building information management platform,building the multivariate evaluation mechanism of increasing students’ weight mechanism,setting up the platform of cooperation between colleges and companies and strengthen the management mechanism of combination of autonomy and others regulation,This article will analyze the root causes of imbalances through research on students’ associations in junior and senior vocational colleges,and provide corresponding countermeasures for the development of students’ associations. |
