The Study Of The Construction Of The Student Community In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,higher vocational college graduates have become more and more popular with the higher advantages of strong skills and high degree of industry fit.At the same time,students' associations,as one of the important platforms for improving students' ability,flourishing school culture and strengthening ideological guidance,have also been developing rapidly.As the gradual deepening of the system reform of higher vocational education in our country,the consciousness of higher vocational students was further defined.Their consciousness is about self education,self management and self service.So,it became more urgent in the demand for theoretical study of the construction of student association in higher vocational colleges.In this paper,based on the analysis of domestic research,,using the method of case investigation,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the current situation of student association construction in Tianjin Railway Vocational and Technical College.After research we found that: due to the short time,less support,the construction of student community presents various problems in higher vocational colleges in China.The problems are mainly manifested in insufficient funds,limited space,inadequate management system and low quality of student associations.The main causes of these problems are from the national education policy,school education management and the self management of student association.Then it put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of student association in higher vocational colleges,which including closely focusing on the high-skilled personnel training goal,realizing the development requirements of students,paying close attention to the physical and mental development needs of higher vocational students,and promoting the students' lifelong sustainable development.Then,it can make student associations develop healthily and orderly.This paper will study the student community in higher vocational college,analyze the existing problems in the development of higher vocational college and put forward concrete countermeasures to the problems,which can provide theoretical basis and practical support for the better development of student community inhigher vocational college,and make a little contribution to achieve the goal of higher vocational education.
