University-enterprise Cooperation Under The Perspective Of Higher Vocational Colleges And Universities Student Community Construction Research

The activities of student associations in higher vocational colleges are an important part of constructing the campus culture of higher vocational colleges,and it is an effective way to improve students'professional ability and professional accomplishment.At present,there are many problems in the student organizations of vocational colleges,such as:poor transmission,single activity planning,community activities are more closed,and social,business,industry seriously out of line,to a large extent influence the vocational college student associations Activities.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of vocational college students,and explores the new path of the construction of student organizations in vocational colleges from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation.Firstly,this paper uses the method of combining literature and practice to investigate the background of the current research at home and abroad,as well as the current situation of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in colleges and universities,the author analyzes the problems existing in the student associations of higher vocational colleges in detail.Secondly,through the investigation and interview of some students in three vocational colleges and 20 employers in Hunan province,the construction demand and the corporate culture demand of the students'associations in higher vocational colleges are analyzed,and the cultural characteristics of some enterprises are investigated.Rationally analyzes the ways and means of enterprise system and culture construction and the construction of student organizations in higher vocational colleges.Finally,from the perspective of theory and reality,the rationalization suggestions are put forward to construct student associations in the perspective of cooperation between colleges and enterprises.The cooperation between schools and enterprises is more extensive,that is,promoting the systematic process of school-enterprise cooperation,and can expand the construction way of vocational college students'societies,to a certain extent,solve the embarrassment faced by student associations.It includes five parts:The first part is the introduction,including the research background,significance and the domestic and foreign research overview.The second part is related to the theory of college vocational associations,including school-enterprise cooperation,vocational college students and vocational colleges and other related theories.The third part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of student associations in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the situation of student associations first,and then through questionnaire survey to find out the problems existing in the management of student organizations,and finally find out the student associations of higher vocational colleges Reasons for limited development.The fourth part of the vocational college students community construction and development of countermeasures,including deepening the management of student associations management system reform,student organizations management system reform policy recommendations,strengthen organizational culture construction,strengthen the platform construction and strengthen team building Such as five means.The fifth part,for the summary of the study,put forward deficiencies and improvements.
