With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more floating people are flooding into cities.The mobile mode of "family migration" is growing rapidly,and the number of floating children in cities is also increasing year by year.When children follow their parents to live in a new city,the original and familiar social support network changes,and then they need to adapt to the new learning and living environment.Migrant children are generally faced with educational equity,mental health,social integration and other issues,which have been widely concerned by the field of practice and academic circles.It is of certain research significance and value to explore how to help migrant children achieve the goal of social integration.In this paper,based on the theoretical perspective of social interaction model,the floating children of W Middle School in Nanping City were taken as the research object,on the basis of the review of existing literature,from the ego melt into,into,the family into the school and community into four aspects analyzes the status quo of the floating children’s social integration,found floating children identity and a lack of self-confidence,academic and education mode to adapt to the slow,inadequate parent-child communication and education support,interpersonal communication and lack of community participation in the four aspects into dilemma.Then through the analysis of the school social work ecosystem,the results show that the main reasons for the migrant children’s integration dilemma are the lack of self-adjustment and interaction of the student system,the single education model of the school system,the poor capital and education function of the family system,and the insufficient service support of the community system.In order to promote the social integration of migrant children,the school social work service project of "Little Hongyan Summer Camp" was designed and carried out,and the action strategy of "social worker--family--school--community" was decided,and the values and professional methods of social work were applied to provide services for migrant children.Develop self-improvement interactive groups to improve the self-confidence and interpersonal communication of floating children,use teacher-student interaction groups to enhance the sense of integration of floating children in school,improve the educational ability of family system in the form of parent-child communication education forum,and build interactive support platform to enrich the mode of community participation of floating children.Using social interaction mode to carry out social work practice on the social integration of floating children can effectively enhance the self-confidence and learning adaptability of floating children,improve the social participation and belonging of floating children,improve the educational concept of floating children’s parents,and optimize the school education mode and multiple interaction between teachers and students.In order to make the social integration of the floating children more sustainable and institutional,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of building an inclusive institutional environment,vigorously developing school education and optimizing the family education of the floating children.Summarize the project experience and construct the three-step service path of "coordinating system,building platform and innovating mechanism" for school social work to intervene in the social integration of migrant children,so as to guide the development of school social work to intervene in the social integration of migrant children more effectively.
