Research On Urban Social Integration Into Social Work ——Takes The Y Agency X Project As An Example

Children are the future and hope of a country,and the healthy growth of children is the key development issue of the state.At present,China’s migrant children occupy a relatively large proportion of the children group.However,due to various reasons,after entering the city,it will be unable to integrate into the urban social life,or even at the edge of the urban social life.Therefore,it is crucial to promote the urban social integration of migrant children.Whether floating children can integrate into the urban social life is not only related to the healthy growth of children,but also affects their life.At the same time,the rapid growth ratio and high proportion of migrant children determines that the degree of their urban social integration has a significant impact on China’s future social development.Therefore,promoting the urban social integration of migrant children is not only crucial for the healthy growth of migrant children themselves,but also related to the overall development of the future society.In this paper,the author visits the current living status of migrant children through practical research,uses the questionnaire to investigate their needs,combined with Maslow’s demand level theory,to evaluate and define the urban social integration needs of migrant children.The needs of migrant children mainly focus on four aspects: psychological,social communication,cultural and community.The psychological aspects includes low self-identity,identity confusion and low self-efficacy;social communication: fragmented communication,low willingness and lack of communication skills hinder the urban social integration of migrant children;Culture: migrant children leave familiar rural culture into unfamiliar urban culture environment,and suffer from the impact of urban culture in the new cultural environment.At the level of community integration,there are no channels for community participation,low willingness and recognition to participate,and the community’s sense of belonging is weak.On the basis of clear demand,put forward the research hypothesis,combined with energy theory and ecosystem theory,mainly from the mobile children’s psychological,social communication,culture,community,based on the ecosystem theory,supplemented by energy theory,provide targeted service intervention activities,and through before and after analysis of helpful theory perspective,practical intervention process and intervention effect,the previous research hypothesis in response.Then from the theoretical level of reflection,to explore a more effective,sustainable,replicable to promote the floating children to achieve the smooth urban social integration path and methods.To promote migrant children to grow up happily,so that migrant children can integrate into urban life faster and better,and at the same time,to give full play to the unique advantages of social work professional,to help the social development and harmony.
