Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Pooling Of Talents In China’s High-tech Industry

At present,China is in the economic "new normal".With the deepening implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,high-tech industries are developing rapidly.Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry,high-tech industry,as a knowledge and technology-intensive industry,lays more emphasis on scientific and technological innovation,while the implementation of scientific and technological innovation activities depends on talents as the main element.It can be said that talents are the core and brain of the development of high-tech industry.In recent years,China’s economy has been developing steadily and rapidly.The proportion of high-tech industry in China’s economic structure is becoming larger and larger,and the demand for talents in high-tech industry is also increasing.The increase of demand makes the flow of talents and the continuous agglomeration produce the agglomeration effect and promote the industrial agglomeration and economic development.Therefore,under this background,it is of certain practical significance to make an empirical study on the influencing factors of talent agglomeration in China’s high-tech industry and to analyze and explore the main influencing factors of talent agglomeration in China’s high-tech industry.This paper first to domestic and foreign talents converging and high technology industries talents converging related theories and literature review and comb,on this basis,by reference to relevant literature,combined with the actual situation,designed by economic factors,policy factors,environmental factors,the industrial development of the four primary index on the basis of high technology industry talents converging factors index system of the independent variables,and by the high technical personnel location entropy as the dependent variable,29 provinces and autonomous regions in 2019,the Chinese mainland(except Tibet,xinjiang)related statistical data as the foundation,First USES the factor analysis and principal component analysis to construct the index system of the independent variables of factor extraction,naming and score calculation,and then score calculation results and the high technical personnel location entropy of regression analysis,get the influence factors of high technology industry talents converging,among them,the industry development factors and economic factors on attracting talent from the high technology industry agglomeration have pull effect,is the foundational factors;And the government’s policy support has the guarantee function and the support function to the high-tech industry’s own development,is the direct influence factor.In addition,the environment is not to be ignored,but also an important factor affecting the agglomeration of talents in high-tech industries.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the agglomeration of talents in China’s high-tech industries.
