With the development of scientific research and the accumulation of practical experience,high intensity interval training method has entered the field of sports training,but the application of high intensity interval training in the teaching and training of Sanda in colleges and universities is still lacking in related research.This study takes the influence of high intensity interval training on the endurance quality of Sanda students as the research object,and uses experiment method,expert interview method,literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the influence of high intensity interval training on the endurance quality of Sanda students.The study divided 12 subjects into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group with Sanda special movements composed of high intensity interval training as experimental intervention.Through testing the general aerobic endurance,special aerobic endurance,general anaerobic endurance and special anaerobic endurance levels of Sanda students before and after experimental intervention,this paper verifies whether high intensity interval training can have an impact on the endurance quality of Sanda students.The research results are as follows:(1)Before and after the intervention,the lung capacity,12-minute running distance,the number of whips and legs during the 5-minute walk,the number of air blows in the 5-minute boxing combination,the average anaerobic power,the maximum anaerobic power,the time to reach the peak of anaerobic power,the 30-meter80-turn-back run,the number of 30-second sandbags hit,the number of mixed target hit by whips and legs at about 30 seconds did not show significant difference(P & GT;0.05);After the experiment,the vital capacity,the number of whips and legs,the number of air strikes,the average anaerobic power,the number of sandbags hit quickly in 30 seconds and the number of mixed targets hit by whips and legs in 30 seconds were significantly different between the two groups(P & Lt;0.05)After the experiment,there were no significant differences in 12-minute running distance,maximal anaerobic power,time to reach the peak anaerobic power and 30-meter 8-turn run between the two groups(P & GT;0.05).(2)The intra-group comparison before and after the intervention: the vital capacity,the 12-minute running distance,the number of right and left whips legs during the5-minute movement,the number of air strikes in the 5-minute boxing combination,the result of 30-meter 8-turn running,the number of mixed targets hit by the right and left whips legs in the 30-second period showed significant differences before and after the experiment(P & Lt;0.01);The average anaerobic power,maximum anaerobic power and the number of sandbags hit quickly in 30 seconds in the experimental group were significantly different(P & Lt;0.05)There was no significant difference in the time of reaching the peak anaerobic power between before and after the experiment(P & GT;0.05).In the control group,the 12-minute running distance,the number of left and right whips and legs in the 5-minute running,the number of air-hitting groups in the 5-minute boxing,the results of 30-meter 8-turn-back running,the number of hitting sandbags in30 seconds,the number of hitting mixed target groups in the 30-second whips and legs showed significant differences(P & Lt;0.01)The vital capacity of the Control Group showed significant difference before and after the experiment(P & Lt;0.05)In the control group,there was no significant difference in the average anaerobic power,the maximal anaerobic power and the time to reach the peak of anaerobic Power(P & GT;0.05).Conclusion:(1)High intensity interval training can significantly improve the test results of general aerobic endurance,special aerobic endurance,general anaerobic endurance and special anaerobic endurance of free combat students,and it has a significant effect on the improvement of general aerobic endurance,special aerobic endurance,general anaerobic endurance and special anaerobic endurance of free combat students.(2)Traditional endurance training can improve the test results of general aerobic endurance,special aerobic endurance,general anaerobic endurance and special anaerobic endurance of free combat students,and it has a moderate effect on the improvement of general aerobic endurance,special aerobic endurance,general anaerobic endurance and special anaerobic endurance of free combat students.(3)Both high intensity interval training and traditional endurance training can improve the endurance quality of Sanda students to a certain extent,but the improvement effect of high intensity interval training is better.
