| In March 2020,the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensibly Strengthening Labor Education for College and Primary and Secondary School Students in the New Era,which put forward the requirements for labor education to be included in the national curriculum for primary and secondary schools and in the talent training programs for vocational colleges and regular institutions of higher learning.In order to implement this document,various local education departments have formulated policies to enable schools to effectively implement and implement labor education.However,in some rural primary schools,the main form of labor for students is taking turns on duty and overall cleaning,and there are few other forms of labor.Compared with urban primary schools,although the teaching environment and facilities in rural areas are insufficient,the labor atmosphere is more dense and the places for labor practice are more abundant.In this case,the author thinks it is necessary to set up a variety of forms of labor in rural primary schools.The general implementation plan is as follows: focus on the research and statistics of the characteristics of rural primary schools,carry out rural labor education with rural characteristics according to the actual situation,and continue to improve the labor quality of rural primary school students.Because only the development of all aspects,can as a high-quality talent and make contributions to the construction of socialism.Taking S Primary School in Heze Development Zone as a case,this paper explores the current situation of rural primary school labor education curriculum,and finds that its implementation places include inside and outside school,the main body of implementation is labor technology course teachers,and the teaching content covers agricultural labor education and daily life labor.Through the investigation of the current situation and teaching effect of labor education curriculum in primary schools,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of labor education curriculum in rural primary schools,such as the separation of classroom theory teaching and practice,unreasonable setting of labor education goal,monotonous labor education content,single labor education approach,and incomplete labor education effect.The causes of these problems include the imperfect regulations of the education department and the government system,the non-standard school management,the lack of teachers’ ability and quality,the low awareness and ability of students and the neglect of the family and society.Therefore,the countryside elementary education curriculum implementation of labor optimization,should be guided by the combination of theory and practice,determine the overall goal of labor education and grade goal,specific content,rich and innovative labor education by family education,school education and social education,perfect the way of labor education,and paying attention to the whole process of the implementation of labor education management and evaluation system. |
