| In 2020,CNNIC released the 45 th report on the use of Internet in China.As of March 2020,China had 904 million Internet users.The development of the Internet has broken the ecological pattern of public opinion that traditional media monopolize the right to speak,and the era of omnimedia has come.The influence of the media is growing,and it has the ability to guide public opinion which cannot be ignored.However,At present,the overall advantages of Chinese media integration development have not been fully exerted.There is an urgent need to grasp the laws of public opinion communication and media development in the omnimedia era,and to build a threedimensional and diverse modern communication system with the help of the media’s communication advantages.Therefore,research on public opinion in the omnimedia era is extremely important.This article explores the characteristics of public opinion in the omnimedia era,and studies the dissemination mechanism of public opinion from the three perspectives of netizens,media and government,then introduces the theory of emotional infection.We have respectively constructed a public opinion communication model based on the interaction of netizens,the role of the media,and government supervision.Explored the control and guidance strategies of public opinion in the omnimedia era.Specifically,the main research content of the article is as follows:Firstly,from the perspective of netizens,we introduced intimacy and emotional factors on the basis of the SIR model,designed the interactive communication process of netizens,constructed a public opinion communication model that more closely matched the real situation of netizens.And through simulation experiments,analyzed the influence of the distribution rules of the intimacy of netizens on different social network platforms,the attributes of initially disseminated netizens,and the information of different emotional tendencies on the spread of public opinion.Secondly,analyzed the communication characteristics of public opinion in the omnimedia era from the media perspective,introduced the important role of the media in the omnimedia era on the basis of the SEIR model,built an emotional-based public opinion communication model driven by the media,and analyzed the influence of media attributes such as the number of report media,the strength of report,credibility and media reports emotional orientation on the spread of public opinion.Finally,from the perspective of the government,considering the interactive game process of netizens,the media,and power of the government,a model of public opinion communication based on emotion under government supervision is constructed.Through simulation,it analyzed the influence of government intervention time and supervision intensity on the control effect,and the government benefits of control in different emotional scenarios.The research found that negative emotional information has stronger communication advantages and vitality;The number and influence of initial communication netizen have great influence on communication.The intensity and credibility of media reports have a positive promoting effect on the dissemination of public opinion,and the media has an emotional guiding effect on public opinion.When the government intervenes early and the supervision is strong,the control effect is better.When the object of government intervention is negative emotion disseminator and media,the intervention effect is better,and the speed of public opinion demise is faster.This paper explains the change of public opinion pattern in the omnimedia era.The innovation of this article is to introduce the emotional contagion theory in public opinion transmission,and analyses the influence of emotional information on public opinion transmission,the influence of the intimate relationship in netizen interactive,the emotional guidance of media,the game process under the government supervision.Based on this,an improved SIR model that is more suitable for the real transmission environment is proposed,and comprehensive reference suggestions are put forward for public opinion control from multiple perspectives.It is expected to contribute to the control and guidance of public opinion in the era of omnimedia. |
