With the development of the Internet,the Internet plus model has become an unavoidable subject for business operators,and the Internet has become a new way for traditional enterprises to broaden industrial boundaries.For enterprises,a dynamic and passionate Research and Development team can turn the situation around,create higher value for the company,and lead the company to go further;For the r&d team itself,only an efficient team can continuously deliver high-quality system products,and the application effect of team management is the key factor for the team to improve the efficiency.Based on the team management theory,this paper takes R&D team of G company as the research object,and USES the interview method to collect and analyze the problems and causes existing in R&D team of G company management.Starting from the three aspects of process management,communication mechanism and performance assessment,this paper summarizes the research results of predecessors,and develops and implements solutions that conform to the R&D team of G company.In terms of process management,SCRUM Agile management model was applied to optimize the collaborative process of team project development,which greatly reduced the team project development cycle.In terms of communication mechanism,based on the four rituals in SCRUM Agile management,the communication mechanism of each stage of the project is standardized,which has a positive impact on the improvement of team work quality.In terms of performance assessment,the principle of SMART is strictly followed,the performance management mechanism is clarified,performance assessment is linked with rank promotion,and employees are encouraged to actively improve their performance to achieve personal promotion,which has a positive impact on the improvement of team performance. |
