| The basic task of the Party’s education is to establish moral people.As far as the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students are concerned,moral education is an important way to carry out the basic task of "making moral people".Under this educational background,whether the educational significance of moral education activities can really go into students’ hearts and be carried out in practical actions is a big problem that the managers of moral education activities urgently need to solve,the research can provide the reference suggestion and thinking for improving the moral education activity manager’s leadership and executive ability to the moral education activity management idea.Through literature review,this study summarizes the core concepts of primary school moral education activity management,designs case analysis scale and interview outline according to operational definition.According to the implementation approach and requirements of "education activities" in the guide to moral education in primary and secondary schools,this paper selects the typical cases of the management status of festival commemoration day activities,etiquette education activities,school day activities,league and team activities to investigate,and then explores the problems existing in the management of moral education activities and analyzes the reasons,Put forward suggestions and thinking.The results show that the low effectiveness of moral education activities lies in: The lack of leadership of the managers of moral education activities;the lack of professionals capable of undertaking large-scale activities;The lack of moral education objective in the evaluation and management of moral education activities.In order to improve the actual effect of moral education management,this study gives corresponding suggestions: to improve the professional quality of managers,to enhance their leadership,to form a stable mechanism of personnel coordination,to train professional moral education teachers;We should strengthen the management by objectives in the implementation of moral education activities,improve the evaluation index system,and bring into playing the complementary role of quantitative and qualitative evaluation. |
