A Research On The Intervention Of Case Work In The Spiritual Comfort Of The Rural Basic Living Allowances Elderly

China’s fight against poverty has made decisive achievements,but due to the large number of poor people in China,there are still a large number of rural minimum living security objects,and the rural minimum living security elderly are the people who need the key assistance.The rural minimum living security elderly is a special poor group.They not only live in poverty,but also lack of spirit.However,the rural minimum living security elderly can get material support from the government,society and family,but their spiritual needs are ignored.The spiritual comfort of the rural minimum living security elderly needs to be effectively solved.Therefore,this paper takes D village in Heilongjiang Province as an example,from the perspective of social work,using case work method,to provide spiritual comfort for the rural minimum living guarantee elderly.Understanding the mental status of the rural minimum living security elderly is the premise of intervention.This paper uses the scale method to measure the mental status of the rural minimum living security elderly.The results show that the rural minimum living security elderly generally have the mental dilemma of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and hostility.The mental status is not optimistic and needs spiritual consolation;By using the method of interview,this paper further estimates the mental difficulties and spiritual needs of the rural minimum living security elderly.The research finds that the rural minimum living security elderly have two types of mental difficulties: self denial and interpersonal sensitivity,and two types of mental needs: self-development and interpersonal relationship;On this basis,based on the social reconstruction theory and "important others" theory,aiming at the spiritual difficulties and spiritual needs of the rural minimum living security elderly,a dual intervention mode of "self + important others" is constructed,which is suitable for solving the spiritual comfort problems of the rural minimum living security elderly;In addition,this paper applies the dual intervention mode of "self + important others" to the case practice intervention,and uses the case work method to solve the spiritual comfort problem of the rural minimum living security elderly through the one-to-one professional relationship and individualized practice intervention for different case owners with different spiritual needs;Finally,this paper evaluates and concludes the case service.Through the self-evaluation of service objects,social work evaluation and others’ evaluation,the feedback service effect is good.After a period of follow-up service,it was observed that without the help of social workers,the case owner was in a good mental state and completed the work of closing the case.Through the case intervention service,the spirit of the rural minimum living allowance elderly can get long-term consolation,the quality of life can be improved,and they can spend their old age in peace.
