| As an important part of social organizations,private non-enterprises are mainly involved in the fields of education,science and technology,health care,culture and sports,and other public services.They play an irreplaceable role in providing social services,optimizing allocation of resources,alleviating employment pressure and maintaining social stability.There are now 497,000 private non-enterprises in China by 2020,which have become indispensably driving forces in China’s socialist modernization.Vocational education fulfills a vital function in talent provision for social enterprises.The long-term development of private non-enterprises cannot be separated from vocational education.Selecting the private non-enterprises in Tangshan,Hebei province as research object,the study,based on the theory of internal and external relations,points out the problems of talent supply and demand between institutions and private non-enterprises according to their actual demands.Effective strategies are put forward to build up modern vocational education with Tangshan characteristics suitable for private non-enterprises.By literature reading and field visits,comprehensive analysis is made about the development status and existing problems of vocational education in Tangshan city.It is found that there are still a series of problems: The prominent contradictions exist between supply and demand of talents in local vocational education;A gap still remains between the specialty setting of vocational colleges and the professional talents actually needed by private nonenterprises;Private non-enterprises lack enthusiasm for participation in vocational education;Post-employment mobility keeps high for graduates of vocational colleges;The laws,regulations and policies are not well-established enough to supporting private non-enterprises to participate in vocational education personnel training.Combined with the actual development situation of Tangshan vocational education,this paper puts forward strategies from the aspects of vocational education development,the system and mechanism of production-education integration,and governmental guarantee.Figure 16;Table 24;Reference 69... |
