| In recent years,China’s urbanization has developed rapidly,maintaining an annual growth rate of 1.2 percentage points,and farmers in the suburbs or villages of the city have transformed into urban residents in the new era.Affected by the internal and external environment,how to successfully achieve employment of landless farmers has become one of the important social issues that all parties need to study.In this paper,through the research on the related fields of landless farmers in the high-tech zone of Zhengzhou City,this group explores a series of difficulties that the group may face when facing employment,and treats the symptoms and proposes an implementation plan,which is not only conducive to ensuring their normal material life,but also realizing society key measures for stable development.In this paper,the detailed design of the questionnaire content on the employment satisfaction of landless farmers in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone and the factors influencing satisfaction are carried out.While empirical research on the data obtained from the questionnaire,a lot of theoretical knowledge is used in the analysis process.Various statistical methods,such as quantitative analysis,regression analysis,etc.,these research methods are in line with the actual research in this article.In this paper,about 325 people who lost their land in Daxie Village,Dinglou Village and Zhaozhuang High-tech Zone of Zhengzhou City were selected as the research object of this subject.A small number of incomplete questionnaires were removed,and a total of 285 valid questionnaires were obtained.Under the premise of drawing on the research methods of other scholars in this field,the questionnaire is pre-tested and revised,and gradually revised and improved to form a measurement scale of employment satisfaction and its influencing factors.In the final scale system,the level of employment satisfaction is reflected in four aspects:the level of salary,the pros and cons of the job itself,whether the company’s various systems are sound or humanized,and the personal career prospects;and The influencing factors are demonstrated by five aspects:the quality of workers,the level of education,the actual situation of participating in skills training,the role of government units in employment,and the local economic development status.At the beginning of the survey,this article uses spss 17.00 software to conduct a preliminary test of the questionnaire.The test results show that the two scales perform well in reliability and validity.After empirical analysis of factors affecting employment satisfaction,it was found that its employment problems were mainly difficulties in obtaining employment information,narrow employment training channels,lack of understanding of government employment service policies,and relatively simple employment placement methods.Farmer training methods,timely release of employment information,diversified forms of employment resettlement,and improvement of the enterprise’s employment environment provide targeted recommendations.Based on sufficient empirical analysis,this article focuses on the three aspects of individuals,enterprises,and government to discuss key issues such as how to make landless farmers achieve employment smoothly and how to increase the employment satisfaction of landless farmers,and consider the development of Zhengzhou High-tech Zone,Refine the problem,and propose targeted and operational measures. |
