Employment Status And Aid Countermeasures Of Land Lost Farmers

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrialization and urbanization rate have been increasing,the urbanization process has been advancing continuously,more and more rural land has been expropriated,and the land-lost farmers have shown a rapid growth trend.After leaving the land on which they live,their employment patterns and living conditions have also changed dramatically.And farmers on the one hand,influenced by their own quality,such as low cultural level and professional skill,the limitation of old concept of employment,etc,on the other hand land-lost farmers left the countryside into the cities,facing public policy,economic,cultural,and social relations aspects of exclusion,become marginalized groups,and even some land-lost farmers face lost the unemployment situation.Solve their survival predicament,basic outlet lies in the innovation system construction,to provide various power support,promote employment assistance,change ideas,to promote the employment,help them to adapt to the transformation of urbanization,industrialization.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the related theory and research status quo,from urbanization,industrialization,the adjustment of economic structure under the new normal for land-lost farmers survival,employment situation,the influence of land-losing farmers in wuhu county employment present situation and problems arising from the current employment assistance to implement is studied.Pointed out that farmers employment problems and the reasons,and put forward the opinion suggestion,expect to wuhu county disadvantaged groups,especially the establishment and perfecting of land-lost farmers employment aid policy,implementation and execution.
