A Study On The Employment Of Land-lost Farmers

The new type of urbanization is an important way for China to realize the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.In this process,rural collective land has been rapidly transformed into urban development land,and a large number of land has been contracted and transferred,making more and more farmers lose their own land.When the land was requisitioned,they lost the carrier of life and employment,and fell into a "three no" dilemma,namely,farming without land,employment,social security,how to find a new road of survival,is the problem that land-lost farmers must face.In general,the key to solving the problem of land-lost farmers is on whether they can achieve employment.Achieving the employment goal is the most basic way to solve the livelihood sources of land-lost farmers and guarantee their future lives.Therefore,in the new historical period,how to effectively solve the basic employment and social security problems of China’s land-lost farmers has become a major development issue that the government and society must urgently take seriously,and will also become the key to China developing socialism with characteristics and building a modern new countryside.At present,China has introduced a lot of relevant policies and policies from the central to local governments,and has achieved good results.However,one deficiency or another may still occur during its specific execution.Therefore,it is still of certain theoretical value and important practical significance to actually investigate and analyze the employment problems of land-lost farmers.Based on the definition and theoretical analysis of the employment of the lost farmers,the questionnaire of the lost farmers of Dongying is taken as the main entry point.Through the various statistics collected through the questionnaire survey,using induction and analysis method,on the basis of the understanding of the problem,deep analysis of the main factors affecting employment,after fully analysis and reference from home and abroad,put forward some helpful to alleviate the plight of landless farmers countermeasures and suggestions.Employment,of course,to solve the problem of landless farmers to solve the need to launch the power of the whole society: government departments to reform and improve the current land acquisition compensation system,establish and improve the relevant vocational skills training and security system,efforts to develop regional economy,mining community employment resources,improve the employment service system,farmers themselves also want to change the basic employment consciousness and concept,improve their comprehensive quality and service ability.
