Research On The Reemployment Of Landless Farmers In Small And Medium-sized Cities In Henan Province

China's economic development is getting better and better,followed by the acceleration of urbanization construction,which leads to more and more landless farmers.The increase of land lost farmers brings about the increase of their employment problems,which will lead to problems in the construction of socialist harmonious society.The government and other organizations should play a role in providing employment opportunities,formulate policies and protect labor rights.Let the land lost farmers get reasonable employment opportunities,the sum of the above actions to solve the unemployment problem.Urbanization is to improve people's living standards and put people's well-being in the first place.The most important thing is "people's urbanization",which can be achieved by solving the employment problem.Therefore,farmers and urban residents should have the same rights.To do a good job of re employment of farmers is to let them enjoy the fruits of urban development.This study aims to find out the problem of land lost farmers' reemployment in B County of a city in order to find out the problem of re employment of land lost farmers in B County of a city.Through the analysis of the problems,the reasons are found.Based on the "new public service theory",by means of investigation and sampling,through data analysis,it is concluded that the county should constantly improve the employment environment to solve the problem of land lost farmers' employment To participate in many ways,the government should strengthen the responsibility management,the land lost farmers themselves should realize self-learning and self-development,and relevant enterprises should actively cooperate with the work of the former two,and provide convenient employment opportunities,so as to achieve the goal of land lost farmers' employment and rapid social development.The breakthrough point of this paper is to summarize the existing policies and give relevant evaluation,so as to find out the deficiencies and problems in the implementation,and then put forward relevant policy suggestions.
