With the promotion of "Internet+" action plan,universities are gradually realizing the importance of campus information management.Due to the increasing number of students in universities,the traditional management mode of experimental teaching and laboratory reservation application,which relies on manual operation,can no longer meet the current needs of teachers and students.Therefore,an important goal of the current laboratory teaching reform is to streamline the process of laboratory teaching and laboratory reservations,while making the best possible use of limited teaching resources.The J2EE-based open lab management system designed in this thesis precisely takes the innovation laboratory of the School of Microelectronics of Xidian University as the actual case.Based on the actual research results of teachers and students,the system development objectives are established by analyzing the management process and actual requirements,and the overall architecture design,functional design and database design are carried out accordingly.Finally,the system was implemented in B/S development mode using the current mainstream technologies such as J2 EE and Spring MVC.This system has four main functions,including: laboratory and equipment reservation management,laboratory course resource management,experimental report management and teacher-student interaction.The above functions can realize the simplification of the two main processes involved in experimental teaching and complete the idea of moving the offline teaching activities,to be carried out online.It also enhances the interaction between teachers and students in answering questions,and provides material for further optimization of teaching contents.Considering the issue of lab access rights,the function of student information management is designed to facilitate teachers’ operation,and the unified authentication system is connected to make it more convenient for teachers and students to use.A front-end design style similar to the campus information system is adopted,with a simple and clear interface,reducing the complexity of use.After relevant tests,the system has been put into use,and in actual use,it has achieved the expected design goals,completed the simplification of the management process of laboratory and equipment reservation,promoted the reform of paperless experimental teaching,and greatly improved the efficiency of experimental teaching management.
