As the reform of compulsory education in our country continues to advance,the input of various departments at all levels in education is gradually increasing.Under the background of continuous deepening of education reform,the hardware facilities of various junior high schools are gradually improving.As an important part of junior high school chemistry teaching,laboratory construction is also a very important part.With the increasing and perfection of laboratory instruments and equipment,how to effectively manage and use junior high school chemistry laboratory equipment has become an important issue.The quality of chemical laboratory equipment management is directly related to the normal operation of junior high school chemistry experiment teaching and it is related to the acquisition and internalization of students' chemistry knowledge.As an important component of the nine-year compulsory education,junior high school plays an important role in improving the overall quality of the people and promoting the sustained and healthy development of China's education.In view of this,we must attach importance to the management of chemistry teaching laboratory equipment so that junior middle school chemistry teaching is more efficient and more reasonable.Therefore,this paper takes B County of Harbin as an example to do some in-depth research on the problems related to the management of chemical laboratory equipment in the primary schools in the county so as to provide some reference for the management of junior high school chemistry laboratory equipment.Based on the literature review,this paper mainly uses questionnaires,interviews,an d field surveys to investigate the knowledge of laboratory equipm-ent management by t-eachers and students and equipment managers,and to manage laboratory equipment files.The detailed study was conducted on the operation,maintenance and storage of equipm-ent,management of borrowing and retirement systems,personnel management in laborat-ory equipment manage-ment,and information management of laboratory equipment.In t-he course of the research,this paper took 160 students,20 chemistry teachers,and 12 eq-uipment managers in the first three grades of the first,second,and fourth middle sc-hools of B County as the research objects,and analyzed and discus--sed the results of the investigation.The following conclusions are drawn:The overall level of equipment management in junior middle school chemistry-labs in B County is low,teachers and equipment managers lack a comprehe-nsive understanding of equipment management,the re are problems in continui-ng education for personnel,there is a lack of management of archives mate-rials,and there are problems in the management and maintenance of e-quipment and equipment.There are defects in the equipment scrapping and borrowing system,low effective utilization rate of large scale equipment and eq-uipment,and the b-ackward management means.In response to these problems,the following suggestions are proposed:1.To increase the importance of laboratory equipment and equipment m a-nagement;2.To strengthen personnel management,increase capital investment;3.To i m-prove the equipment and equipment management and maintenance system;4.To buil d a file management mechanism;The establishment of instrument equipment borrowing and retirem-ent system;6.Strengthen the management and utilization of large scale equi p-ment;7.Update management methods,and continue to promote the chemic-al laborato ry equipment management information construction.
