health.Methods:1."Physiological-Psychological-Social Three-dimensional Human Aging Scale",which is highly operable and has wide applicability,is used to investigate the aging status of people aged 40-59.Through calculation,the standardized scores of aging degree and the standardized scores of aging degree in physiological,psychological and social dimensions are obtained respectively,and the grade of aging degree is judged by combining with the percentile aging degree judgment tool table.2.Use the "International Physical Activity Questionnaire IPAQ(Long Version)" to survey the subjects’ different types of physical activity,different intensities of physical activity,and the sitting and sleeping time of the surveyed population,and calculate the total energy consumption of PA,The energy consumption of different intensities of PA,the energy consumption of different types of PA,and the PA level of the population.3.Enter the measured data such as physical activity and aging degree into Excel,and sort,assign and calculate the data,and then enter the calculated data such as physical activity,aging degree and scores of various dimensions into the software SPSS22.0 conduct statistical analysis.Descriptive analysis shows the physical activity and aging of adults aged 40-59,and uses correlation analysis to find the correlation between physical activity level,physical activity type,physical activity intensity,and sedentary time,sleep time and aging Finally,the multiple regression method is used to analyze the influence of PA on the aging degree.Multivariate regression of control variables is adopted to control demographic variables such as age,BMI,monthly income,and whether or not to drink alcohol.The level of physical activity,intensity of physical activity,type of physical activity,total sitting time,and total sleep time are included in the regression equation for hierarchical regression.Results:(1)Among the surveyed population,there are 64 people who insist on dimensions;the total score of aging is extremely negatively correlated with middle and high-level physical activity;total sitting time is negatively correlated with aging,physical and psychological dimensions The dimensional score becomes a significant positive correlation;(7)Regression analysis: After controlling for age,monthly income,BMI,drinking or not,the predictive degree of physical activity level for aging is 59.0%(R2=0.590),and it is significantly negatively correlated with aging(β=-0.311,p<0.001).The predictive degree of physical activity intensity on aging degree was65.2%,and moderate-intensity physical activity was significantly negatively correlated with aging degree((β=-0.306,p<0.001)).The type of physical activity predicts the degree of aging is recommended amount of physical activity,and the overall level is of medium to high physical activity.Among them,leisure and professional physical activities account for a large proportion of total energy consumption,and the intensity of physical activity is mainly concentrated in low and medium intensity.Intensity physical exercise is less involved,and exercise frequency is different and aging of different genders,smoking and supplementary health products,and scores of physiological and psychological dimensions did not Significant differences,The higher the monthly income level,the lower the scores of the aging degree and the physiological and social dimensions of the aging degree of the people who do not drink alcohol frequently;(3)There is a significant negative correlation between adult’s total physical activity energy consumption and aging degree and its various dimensions.In particular,leisure physical activity can significantly affect human aging degree and aging in all dimensions.Middle-to-high-intensity physical activity are significantly negatively correlated with aging.The aging degree of the middle-high-level physical activity group is significantly lower than that of the low-level group;(4)The length of sitting still has a significant positive correlation with the degree of aging.The longer the sitting time is,the greater the degree of aging changes,especially the physical and psychological dimensions.Recommendation:(1)People with low levels of physical activity should pay attention to their physical activity levels from work,transportation,housework,leisure and entertainment,and consciously increase the amount of physical activity,reduce sedentary behavior and time;especially increase high-intensity physical strength in leisure classes Activities,maintain a normal BMI,and develop good work and rest habits;(2)The prevention and delay of aging should first focus on preventing the decline of physiological function and physical function.For employees,they should maintain the activity intensity at work,maintain sufficient physical energy,and increase walking and leisure sports activities in their spare time to enhance their health.Physical fitness and extend the age of the labor force;for the unemployed people living at home,they should maintain a certain amount of housework activities,avoid all relying on various smart appliances to replace housework physical activities,and transportation should also choose walking activities or cycling;(3)Moderate and high-intensity physical activity levels are significantly negatively correlated with aging.It is recommended that people who do not usually do moderate activities increase moderate-intensity activities(work,housework or physical exercise),and those who regularly participate in moderate-intensity people should increase their physical activity intensity.(4)Increasing the total physical activity by increasing the frequency of weekly activities and/or the duration of each activity,especially increasing the amount of leisure sports activities and reducing the sitting time,can significantly reduce aging and maintain a younger state.(5)Social group organizations and management should pay attention to the level of physical activity and aging of different populations in the region.It is recommended that each community or area have a set of citizens’ physical health monitoring sites,with professionals and equipment that regularly monitor and store citizens’ physical health data,so that Everyone can intuitively see the dynamic changes of their physical fitness and physiological function indicators in each period,and take targeted intervention measures to keep people as low as possible to maintain a constant aging
