| China’s basketball level was once in the forefront of Asia,and it has a certain ability to compete with high-level international basketball countries.However,from the perspective of major international basketball competitions in recent years,China’s basketball competitive level has declined seriously,which is closely related to the current lack of reserve talent training and other factors.In the high-level countries of international basketball,they generally attach importance to the cultivation of basketball reserve talents,and actively develop small basketball,campus basketball,etc.,taking campus basketball as an important way to cultivate basketball reserve talents.In the past two years,China’s education departments and sports departments have strengthened the promotion of sports education integration in response to the practical problems of basketball reserve talent training.Sichuan Province took this opportunity to become one of the first pilot provinces.Governments at all levels have given certain support to the cultivation of youth campus basketball reserve talents,and issued corresponding policies.Campus basketball in Sichuan Province has achieved certain results,from vigorously developing characteristic schools of campus basketball in the province to building a three-level campus basketball league system from county(District),city and province.However,in terms of the quantity and quality of talents transferred from campus basketball to competitive basketball or professional teams,it is still relatively deficient.Through the analysis of some current data,it is found that the achievements and effects of campus basketball in Sichuan Province in the training of reserve talents are poor,and various problems are still prominent.Based on this,the research analyzed the current situation of campus basketball reserve talents training in Sichuan Province through questionnaires,field surveys,interviews and other methods,summarized the main problems faced by reserve talents training,and put forward corresponding training strategies,so as to provide some reference for the follow-up development of campus basketball in Sichuan Province.Relevant research results are as follows:1.Sichuan Province has made great efforts to develop characteristic schools of campus basketball,build a campus basketball league system,and the model of training athletes from grass-roots to high-level events has begun to take shape.However,there is a lack of certain quantity and high quality in the services provided by campus basketball to competitive basketball.The specific performance is as follows: 1.The comprehensive ability of campus basketball coaches in Sichuan province needs to be improved.Most of them are over 30 years old,most of them have bachelor’s degree,relatively lack of teaching experience,few coaches’ training times and low training quality each year;2、The training guarantee of campus athletes is insufficient,and the training is mostly restricted by other factors.The training content is mainly basic skills and technical and tactical training,and the physical training is less;3、 The awareness of basketball interest training is insufficient and the atmosphere is poor.Except that some team members are willing to engage in professional basketball,the selection of members of campus basketball team is mainly based on the evaluation of coaches and the enrollment of students with special skills.The vast majority of team members will take further education as their first choice in the future;2.In the training process of young campus basketball players,there are many problems,such as the single training system and backward operation mechanism.The specific performance is as follows: first,the number of competitions is small and the quality of competitions is low;2、 The contradiction between learning and training is prominent,and the integration of sports and education is insufficient;3、 Lack of training funds and social support;4、 Inadequate medical security and insufficient attention;5 、 Lack of professional guidance,lack of teaching ability,lack of professionalism of coaches,and the comprehensive strength needs to be further improved;6、 It is relatively difficult to attract talents and the output path is narrow.3.The optimization paths for the existing problems are as follows: first,continuously optimize the training system and update the management and operation mechanism;2、 Constantly weaken the contradiction of chemical training,and gradually improve the quality of students;3、 Strengthen the construction of team training and improve the professional level of coaches;4、 Guarantee fund input from various parties and strengthen the guarantee of training fund;5、 Vigorously develop grass-roots events and establish a multi-level event system;6、 Pay attention to the construction of medical security and reduce the risk of talent training;7 、 Create multiple subjects to communicate,and give play to the role of social clubs. |
