| For rural women who have been on the fringes of society for a long time,being spoken out,and "silent",the embedding of short videos provides them with a stage to present themselves.They use short video entertainment to decompress,record their lives,express themselves,and make friends and interact.,shape their own image,and rebuild their self-identity in the process of self-presentation.Based on self-presentation theory and Giddens’ self-identification theory,this paper adopts participatory observation method,interview method and content analysis method.With the help of the background and motivation of short video self-presentation,the "front stage" content and characteristics of self-presentation,the construction of self-identity in self-presentation,and the reflection and breakthrough of problems and dilemmas,the research is carried out.The details are as follows:The first part is to analyze the background and motivation of rural women’s self-presentation through short videos.Combined with observations and interviews,it is believed that rural women are mainly due to the orientation of presentation needs,the perceived ease of use of short video APPs,the pressure of real groups and the Peer motivation,expectation of recognition and emotional care,pursuit of traffic realization,and self-presentation with the help of short videos;the second part is to carry out a specific analysis of the self-presentation of rural women.Women present diverse contents and images in short videos,and make detailed analysis of specific content types and typical images of rural women;the third part is the process of rural women’s identity construction and the development of differentiated presentation and differentiated self-identity Analysis,on the whole,the self-awareness,social interaction and the meaning of practical practical activities generated on the basis of individual reflection are the paths of constructing self-identity in the self-presentation of rural women.The fourth part is based on the reflection on the process of rural women’s self-presentation and identity construction,and tries to propose a breakthrough strategy,arguing that the internalization of patriarchal thinking,low social participation,and media literacy Low,short-sighted profit-seeking on the platform,and audience censorship and curiosity are the deep causes of the problem.From the perspectives of the government,the media,the platform,rural women themselves,and platform users,they propose breakthrough strategies from multiple perspectives. |
