Research On Hidden Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

As "Building Morality and cultivating people" is an important responsibility and mission of colleges and universities.College Students’ Ideological and political education is an important carrier of "building virtue and cultivating people".College Students’Ideological and political education includes explicit education and implicit education.The so-called implicit ideological and political education refers to the use of a variety of popular ways,including teaching in view,teaching in fun,teaching in literature,teaching in travel and so on,so that the educational object can receive education imperceptibly.Compared with the explicit way of Ideological and political education,the implicit way of Ideological and political education hides the educational purpose and educational content in the educational carrier,and uses the infiltrative and latent educational methods to affect the thoughts,emotions and behavior habits of the educational objects.It has the characteristics of permeability,diversity,openness,potential recessiveness and life.At present,there is a phenomenon of "emphasizing explicit education and neglecting implicit education" in the process of College Students’ Ideological and political education.Based on the new requirements of the new era for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,in order to further improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,we must deepen the reform of College Students’ Ideological and political education,including educational methods,adhere to the policy of complementing and integrating explicit education and implicit education,and give full play to the role of implicit ideological and political education in "moistening things silently",Overcome the phenomenon of "emphasizing explicit education and neglecting implicit education" in college students’ Ideological and political education.Strengthening the research on College Students’ Implicit Ideological and political education in the new era has very important theoretical and practical significance for further improving the effectiveness of College Students’ Ideological and political education.This paper uses the method of investigation and research to investigate the development of College Students’ Implicit Ideological and political education.At present,although the implicit ideological and political education of college students has been valued by colleges and universities and has made remarkable achievements,there are still some deficiencies,such as weak awareness of implicit ideological and political education,insufficient effectiveness of practical experience education,insufficient collaborative education of curriculum ideological and political education,and poor development and utilization of network platform.The main reasons for the above deficiencies are that the renewal of educational ideas is not timely,the innovation of educational carriers is not in place,the construction of educational system is not perfect,and the development of network resources is not sufficient.To strengthen the hidden ideological and political education of college students in the new era,we can start from the following aspects:first,adhere to the theoretical guidance,and further update the concept of hidden ideological and political education by developing the theory of hidden ideological and political education,improving the awareness of hidden ideological and political education,and establishing the cognition of explicit and implicit unified education.Second,adhere to being close to life,and further innovate the carrier of implicit ideological and political education by optimizing the campus education environment,strengthening the ideological and political construction of courses,enriching the second classroom activities,innovating practical experience education and building an emerging media platform.Third,adhere to moistening things silently,and further improve the hidden ideological and political education system by improving the three integrity education system,curriculum education system,collaborative education system and evaluation guarantee system.Fourth,adhere to the subtle influence,and further develop the hidden ideological and political education network resources by purifying the network environment,expanding network resources,strengthening network ideology and politics,strengthening network supervision,etc.
