Research On The Impact Of Heterogeneous Labor Force On Region Labor Productivity

The issue of heterogeneous labor and labor productivity problem has always been economics research hot topic in China.In 2020 at a meeting of the political bureau of the central committee of the communist party of China pointed out that "our country has entered a stage of high quality development," means that the future economic development of our country should pay attention to improve the efficiency of production factors,instead of the previous extensive growth.After 2013,the number of labor force in China continued to decrease,and the heterogeneity of labor force gradually became prominent.Under this background,the research heterogeneous labor how to affect the regional labor productivity,as well as the influence of size,direction and intensity,help to cope with workforce to reduce the impact of in our country,to promote regional labor productivity growth provide theoretical support for the policy,to promote Chinese economic development with high quality.Under this background,the research heterogeneous labor how to affect the regional labor productivity,as well as the influence of size,direction and intensity,help to cope with workforce to reduce the impact of in our country,to promote regional labor productivity growth provide theoretical support for the policy,to promote Chinese economic development with high quality.Based on combing the existing literature on the basis of the present situation of heterogeneous labor and labor productivity in China,from the perspective of political economics in this research to define the concept,and analyses the influence of heterogeneity Labour productivity mechanism:（1）the influence of the labor force to expand consumption demand mechanism in the process of reproduction;（2）the denotative social factor endowment in the process of expanded reproduction mechanism;（3）the mechanism of technological progress in the process of connotative social expansion reproduction.Using panel data of 31 provinces from 2005 to 2019 in our country,constructing benchmark static dynamic regression model,regression model and the GMM empirically the skilled labor,low skill labor and labor heterogeneity effects on regional labor productivity.The empirical research shows that:at the national level,labor heterogeneity and skilled Labour concentration have significant positive influence on regional labor productivity,labor productivity and low skill labor significantly inhibit areas;At the regional level,the highly skilled labor force and labor heterogeneity in the eastern region do not significantly promote labor productivity in the eastern region,but the low-skilled labor force has a significant inhibition effect on local labor productivity.The highly skilled labor force and labor heterogeneity in the central and western regions have a significant promotion effect on labor productivity,while the low-skilled labor force has a significant inhibition effect on labor productivity.Return by GMM system found on the issue of labor productivity to promote the current labor productivity.In addition,openness,fiscal expenditure,infrastructure construction level and technological innovation are positively promoting the growth of labor productivity,while macro tax burden level and aging degree inhibit the improvement of labor productivity.Finally,according to the conclusion of this paper,the problems and countermeasures are put forward.
