With the deepening of the aging of the population, due to the social and economic development, the decline of birth rate, the decrease of the average life expectancy of the population and the large-scale separation of agricultural labor force in the young and middle-aged,the aging trend of China's agricultural labor force has been inevitable, which will inevitably have a major impact on the agricultural economy. The most basic element of agriculture is labor force and land, but at present,China is faced with the double pressure of increasing the aging of agricultural labor force and decreasing agricultural land, the aging of agricultural labor force has affected the agricultural labor supply and agricultural production efficiency, but in essence, the age of labor force changes the supply endowment of labor force, directly constrains the supply of labor force and indirectly constrains the supply of agricultural factors, thus affecting farmers' land productivity, labor productivity and agricultural value added. This paper takes agricultural labor aging as the research object, analyzes the current status of labor aging using the survey data of Dui Ma Village in Yinjiang County,Guizhou Province, and uses single-factor analysis of variance and two-factor analysis of variance to analyze land productivity, labor production The impact of the added value per unit of land area, the characteristics and laws of the impact of the aging of the agricultural labor force on the productivity of the crop industry and the allocation of agricultural resources are discussed, and relevant policy recommendations are proposed based on the research conclusions. The main research conclusions of this paper are:1.The population structure of the survey area is obviously aging, and the employment transfer of the working-age population has led to the aging of the agricultural labor force. The average age of the agricultural labor force is 60.44 years old.As the age increases, the management scale of the aging labor force declines, and the planting structure tends to be simple.2.The age difference has an extremely significant impact on land productivity, labor productivity and value added per unit of land area. With the increase of age,the average age of the agricultural labor force and the land productivity, labor productivity and the increase in value per unit of land area show an inverted "U" change trend that increases first and then decreases. The aging labor has a significant effect on land productivity and labor productivity.Negative impact has a negative impact on resource allocation.3.The interaction between the scale of farmland management and the age group, the interaction between the crop structure of the crop type and the age group, and the interaction between the number of employees and the age group have little effect on land productivity and labor productivity. The impact of the aging of the agricultural labor force on land productivity and labor productivity will not change due to the scale of family farm management, the planting structure of crop types, and the number of employees.4.The interaction between the scale of farmland management and the age group, the interaction between the crop structure of the crop type and the age group have no significant difference in the increase in value per unit of land area, and the impact of the aging of the agricultural labor force on resource allocation It does not change due to the difference in family farmland management scale and crop planting structure. However, the interaction between the number of employees and the age group has a very significant difference in the impact on the value added per unit of land area.Under the conditions of different numbers of employees, the impact of the aging of the agricultural labor force on resource allocation is significantly different.Studies have shown that it is more practical to pay attention to the aging of labor from the perspective of added value per unit of land area and the allocation of agricultural factors. This article puts forward relevant policy recommendations based on the conclusions of the research, mainly including: First, encourage young and middle-aged laborers to return to their hometowns and start businesses to attract the return of the right-age laborers;Second, improve agricultural infrastructure and guide the rational transfer of land;Third, improve the education level of the agricultural labor force and strengthen the technical education of farmers.
