In recent years, the impact of smart phone use has been widely concerned by researchers.Previous studies believe that behavioral addiction such as mobile phone addiction will have a negative impact on individual decision-making.Like any type of modern technology, the way of mobile phone use is an important factor determining the consequences of mobile phone use.Based on the study of risk decision-making of mobile phone addiction, this study turns the research object to normal mobile phone users,This paper discusses the impact of mobile phone use patterns on individual risk decision-making in the situation of no additional pressure and the situation of pressure,in order to explore the correct mobile phone use patterns. This study consists of three sub studies, using a combination of investigation and experiment. In Study 1,84 questionnaires were distributed to investigate the mobile phone use of undergraduates and postgraduates in Yangzhou University,so as to understand the basic situation of mobile phone use of students in Yangzhou University; In Study 2 and Study 3,84 and 60 college students were recruited for experimental research. The results of this study are as follows:the survey results of study 1 show that college students use mobile phones for an average of more than 7 hours a day,and the addiction coverage rate is 18%.Using mobile phones is mainly used to maintain social interaction; There was a significant positive correlation between state anxiety and the total score of mobile phone dependence and sub dimensional withdrawal, and there was a significant positive correlation between trait anxiety and inefficiency. In the general situation, the results of study 2 are as follows:there is no difference between groups in Iowa gambling task in the groups with mobile phone and network, with mobile phone and no network, without mobile phone and no network, but the change curve trend of favorable cards is different. The group with mobile phone and network shows a stable upward trend, there is no significant change in the middle and later stages before and without network decision-making,and the group without mobile phone and network is the most unstable, rising first and then falling,There was also a steady rise without mobile phones and networks, but the overall risk decision-making score was the lowest. In the anxiety situation, the results of study 3 are as follows:there are significant differences in the impact of different mobile phone use patterns on decision-making.The subjects in the mobile phone network group and the blocked network group tend to choose more favorable cards, and the upward trend of the favorable card change curve appears earlier, the learning effect appears earlier, and the learning effect appears later in the disabled mobile phone group,Overall, the number of favorable cards was significantly less than that of the other two groups. The results of the self rating anxiety scale show that the anxiety of the Internet Group and the shielding group has been effectively adjusted after using the mobile phone, while there is no significant difference between the disabled mobile phone group and the disabled mobile phone group. Therefore, the results of study 3 believe that in the anxiety situation, different mobile phone use patterns affect individual risk decision-making strategies by adjusting the subjects’ negative emotions.
