Cyber aggression is a derivative form of traditional aggression,which refers to the use of information technology to carry out purposeful,harmful,and aggressive behaviors that others try to avoid in a virtual network background.With the rapid development of science and technology,the network is penetrating into people’s life,work and study at an alarming speed.The Internet not only provides convenience for young people’s study and life,but also various network deviant behaviors,one of which is network attack behavior.Existing studies have shown that adolescents are in the growth and development period and are vulnerable to the influence of the external environment.The social exclusion they receive in the network will affect their cyber-aggressive behavior.Self-control,as a kind of psychological energy for individuals to overcome impulse,inertia or automatic response,can prompt individuals to avoid the impulsive behavior of cyber-aggression when they encounter social exclusion from the Internet.Therefore,this study aims to study the relationship between online social exclusion,self-control and cyber-aggressive behavior,examine the mediating role of self-control between online social exclusion and cyber-aggressive behavior,and try to reduce the effect of group counseling intervention.Cyber-aggression among high school students.This study is divided into three sub-studies:Study 1:Using the Juvenile Cyber Aggressive Behavior Scale,711 valid questionnaires were collected in two middle schools,aiming to understand the current situation of high school students’ cyber aggressive behavior and analyze their demographic variables such as gender,grade,whether they were only children,and family location.Is there a difference.the result shows:(1)High school students’ cyber aggression is generally at a medium and low level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,only child or not,and family location in each dimension.Study 2:Questionnaires of Online social exclusion and self-control were used to understand the relationship between online social exclusion,self-control and online aggression in high school students.The results show that:(1)There was a significant negative correlation between online social exclusion and self-control,a significant negative correlation between online aggressive behavior and self-control,and a significant positive correlation between online social exclusion and online aggressive behavior.(2)Self-control has a significant mediating effect on online individual chat rejection and online aggressive behavior,self-control has a significant mediating effect on online group chat rejection and online aggressive behavior,and self-control has a significant mediating effect on online individual space rejection and online aggressive behavior.Study 3:24 senior high school students with high scores of juvenile Internet aggressive behavior scale were selected for intervention by psychological group counseling program.The results show that:(1)Psychological group counseling intervention can reduce the frequency of online aggressive behavior,improve self-control ability and improve online social exclusion significantly.
