| China’s primary school safety education has always been highly valued by the party and the state.Education management departments at all levels have earnestly implemented the requirements of the Party committee and the government to ensure that the primary school safety education management presents a good development trend and plays an important role in the healthy growth of primary school students.However,due to the limitations of objective reasons and subjective factors,there are some urgent problems to be solved in the management of primary school safety education,such as teachers’ weak awareness of safety education management,incomplete content of safety education,single form of safety education management,and so on.The existence of these problems is not conducive to the effective development of safety education and management in schools,and affects the healthy growth and development of primary school students.This is the reason why this paper studies the management of primary school safety education.Strengthening the management of primary school safety education and improving the quality of primary school safety education management is of great significance to improve the all-round development of primary school students’ morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.It is also the need to improve primary school students’ safety awareness and ensure their safe and healthy growth.At the same time,it is also the need to realize campus safety and even the whole society.Based on life education theory,hierarchy of needs theory and safety system theory,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 250 middle and high-grade students and 50 teachers in X primary school in Jilin City,and interviewed 20 low-grade students.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation to collect and analyze the data,extracts some prominent problems existing in the current safety education management of X primary school,summarizes and analyzes the causes of such problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the corresponding problems.In the investigation and interview,it is carried out in turn around the seven dimensions of safety education management: teachers,teachers’ and students’ awareness of safety education management,school safety education management system,school safety education management content,school safety education management forms and methods,school safety education management time and frequency,and school safety education management effect and evaluation.According to the current situation of investigation and interview,the following problems are analyzed and summarized:lack of resources for safety education management;Lack of safety education management subject;The safety education management system is not standardized,etc.Then,the causes of the problems are analyzed from four aspects: the good atmosphere of safety education management has not been formed,the safety education management is divorced from the interests and needs of students,the safety education management is affected by exam oriented education,and the society ignores students’ off campus safety problems.Finally,in view of these problems and reasons,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from four aspects: school,government,family and society. |
