Pupils’ personal safety education problems caused the great attention of people, andbecome the focus of the study, because our primary accident disability rate is high, andcaused a major impact of the phenomenon. How to train students in the sense ofpersonal safety? The social environment also plays a very important role,but all parentsand teachers bear the main responsibility. Therefore, The research about the pupils’personal safety education can solve our children accident high phenomenon, andeffectively guarantee the personal safety of students. In recent years, many researchersget some effect in home safety education and school safety management aspects. Butthe article discusses pupils’ personal safety the responsibility of education and the wayfrom the students themselves development (internal) and living environment (family,school, society), to improve the pupils’ safety quality.The studying object of the article is pupil. Using the internal and external combinedmethod, the article try to construct the standard and systemic safety education whichpupils can accept and prevent the occurrence of accidents, from the analysis of thepupils’ traits and the present situation of the safety education.There are four chapters in the article. First, introduction, talking about the researchbackground、purpose and present situation. Basic concepts including pupils、educationsafety and pupils’ personal safety education. Research thought and research methodsetc.Second, theories,talking about pupils’ characteristic、their lack of safety awarenessand the use of pupils’ personal safety education. Third, analysis of pupils’ safety statusand problems in Chongqing City, to find out the reasons and find the good solutionmethods--build an internal and an external mechanism about pupils’ personal safetyeducation. Fourth, analyze pupils’ personal safety education from theories, and build aninternal mechanism by training pupils’ safety consciousness and imparting knowledge about pupils’ personal safety education, and build an external mechanism fromgovernment, society and family, to create a good security environment. When theconstruction of the internal and external mechanism has being built, pupils have thesafety consciousness and self-help self-protection ability, their personal safety can beguaranteed.
