| Since 2009,the China State started to launch national fitness plan to enhance the national physique,sports industries are facing the new opportunities.On July 26,2021,the Healthy China Action Promotion Committee held a press conference in Beijing to formulate the opinions on strengthening the reform and development of school physical education and aesthetic education,which clarified that all primary and middle school students should have at least two hours of physical exercise every day.With the support of a series of policies and venture investors,the industry of sports training begins to be flourish.The sports training industry is a light asset industry,therefore human resource is the core competitive resource.However,with the intensification of inter industry competition and the rapid expansion of enterprise scale,the talent reserve in the sports training industry is low and the internal management of the company is not in place.Companies in the industry have exposed the problems of high personnel turnover rate.Co.D provide physical fitness training mainly for children age 4 to 17.It includes basketball,badminton,tennis and so on.With rapid development under the benefited policies of the State,Co.D also faces the problem of high turnover rate of coaches.Taking Co.D as the research object,based on Maslow’s demand theory,fairness theory and expectation theory,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview to explore the phenomenon and causes of high coach turnover rate in Co.D,and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve coach turnover.This paper establishes the theoretical basis of the research by combing the relevant theories,models,and literature of employee turnover.The writer tries to find out the reason for high turnover rate by doing questionnaires for coaches who are pretended or already resigned and interviewing managers of HR and Operation department and coaches who have resigned.Collecting and analyzing data to reveal the main reasons for the coaches’ high turnover rate in Co.D.The reasons include inadequate of salary and welfare standards an,inefficiency Internal management,and lack of corporate culture development,etc.On this basis,combined with the particularity of the industry and the problems of Co.D,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as clarifying the salary increase system,maintaining the fairness and openness of performance appraisal,optimizing internal management policies,increasing coach skill training,and improving the cultivation of corporate culture.This paper hopes to provide reference and suggestions for Co.D and other company in sports training industry to solve the serious problem of coach loss through the research on the coach loss of Co.D... |
