Research On Financial Flexibility Evaluation Of RZ Teach

Under the new normal background represented by knowledge innovation,enterprises mainly rely on improving their innovation ability to form core position in the market.Therefor,enterprises face more uncertain risks.Financial flexibility can help enterprises cope with the adverse impacts of these risks,achieve the strategic objective for sustainable development.With the continuous development of the educational informatization,RZ Teach has risks of increasing research and development cost,long period of capital return,rising operating cost,the brain drain and infringement of intellectual property rights in the process of operation.It can only reflect whether RZ Teach reserves financial flexibility by using double-index method,but it is difficult to reflect the specific factors influencing financial flexibility.Firstly,the current situation and problems of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility are analyzed by using the double-index method.Secondly,the influencing factors of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility are identified by using Hard System Methodology HSM.Finally,the evaluation model of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility is constructed based on entropy method and TOPSIS method.The specific factors influencing RZ Teach’s financial flexibility are analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The present situation and problems of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility are analyzed.The reserve of cash flexibility and debt flexibility is not balanced,and the cash flexibility reserve is insufficient.(2)The influencing factors of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility are identified.Through Hard System Methodology HSM,the factors influencing the of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility are identified,mainly including profitability,operating ability,solvency and development ability.(3)The financial flexibility evaluation model of RZ Teach is constructed.Firstly,the evaluation index system of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility is constructed according to the specific influencing factors of financial flexibility identified by Hard System Methodology HSM.And then the evaluation model of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility based on entropy method and TOPSIS method is constructed,which makes up for disadvantages of the double-index method.Finally,the specific factors influencing financial flexibility of RZ Teach are fund.(4)The suggestions of RZ Teach’s financial flexibility reserve are put forward.Firstly,the strategic map of RZ Teach is constructed based on financial flexibility,and then suggestions of financial flexibility reserve are put forward according to specific factors influencing the RZ Teach’s financial flexibility.This thesis has18 figures,27 tables and 60 references.
