| In the 21 st century,the world economic pattern has changed greatly.Digitization and networking have gradually become the focus of transactions.With the integration of network and purchase market,the whole express industry has made great progress.However,from the perspective of academic research,there is still a lack of content to analyze the labor subjectivity from the perspective of enterprise social work according to the characteristics of express labor.The express industry has the characteristics that other industries do not have.It is different from any industry in the society in terms of working environment,working characteristics and working intensity.How to give full play to the labor subjectivity of the express industry is the main content of sociological research.As the front-line workers of express terminal distribution,what kind of labor experience they face and how to give play to their labor subjectivity under different labor are all issues that we need to study.This paper takes the courier of S-point department in Shanghai as the research object.Through the field observation and in-depth interview of the courier,this paper observes and participates in the daily work of the courier.This paper focuses more on the possibility of courier facing the working conditions and realizing their labor subjectivity,as well as the improvement and countermeasures that should be made among society,enterprises and employees for the performance of subjectivity in the labor process under the guidance of social work system theory.This paper tries to fully show their working process and labor experience from the individual courier,and then analyze the labor subjectivity of the courier in the express work,which can fundamentally analyze the possible problems of the courier in the specific labor process.This study believes that the subjectivity of courier labor can effectively promote the work process of courier,but this subjectivity is only reflected between individuals and customers,and only depends on the level of courier’s own work practice.However,it does not provide practical strategies for solving problems from the perspective of corporate social work,The lack of trade unions and the lack of institutional strength in China’s labor environment undoubtedly worsen the working situation of the courier group.This paper tries to show that the courier group is still in a vulnerable group and needs the help and support of enterprise social workers.From the perspective of corporate social work,this paper integrates all aspects of social support,aiming at the problems between employers and employees in the labor process,and under the guidance of system theory,puts forward that the four systems should be guided by strong communication,corporate responsibility and social organization The four aspects of resource integration based on self-improvement provide support and help to the courier group.On this basis,the theory of corporate social work can be further involved in daily work practice.Therefore,this paper puts forward the discussion and opinions on the way of corporate social work involved in private enterprises,which is also an active topic of corporate social work. |
