In recent years,especially since the outbreak of COVID-19,issues related to labor disputes have gradually entered the public eye and have been widely concerned.More and more people have safeguarded their legitimate rights and interests through formal and effective ways such as labor dispute mediation and labor arbitration.All sectors of society have also paid wide attention to this,and many new media platforms have also released relevant policies and cases for the public to understand.With the increase of social attention,the issues related to labor dispute mediation have gradually won wide attention from the academic circles.Labor dispute mediation is the first choice for workers to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,and also the "first line of defense" to solve labor disputes in China.In recent years,it has gradually entered the public view,and has attracted wide attention from the academic circles.The emergence of enterprises has created a lot of welfare for mankind,brought great progress to the society,and made great contributions to the improvement of people’s living standards.However,with the survival and development of enterprises,due to the fierce competition for interests and the fierce competition,the contradiction between labor and management is also constantly breaking out.Therefore,many social problems,such as unpaid wages,injury caused by work,dismissal without reason,etc.,various problems have caused trouble and harm to employees,and then have a negative impact on the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,but also greatly infringed on the social image and vested interests of the enterprise.In recent years,all kinds of enterprise problems have emerged frequently,which have become universal and continue to develop towards socialization.These problems are only unable to rely on individual or enterprise managers to solve them,and we must coordinate with professionals and other organizations.As a branch of social work,corporate social work has professional advantages in helping solve corporate problems,improving employee well-being and shaping corporate image.When facing the problems of enterprises and employees,we can use professional values,theories and methods to promote the successful solution of the problems.Labor dispute mediation related work,is to perfect the labor dispute settlement mechanism,promote the important measures to resolve labor disputes,is to create a good social environment within its jurisdiction,maintain stable effective measures of labor relations,labor dispute mediation is the main idea of related work prevention first,grassroots,mediation is given priority to.Although the relevant government departments have gradually standardized the relevant work,and issued relevant laws,regulations,policies and theories as the work basis,they also use the Internet + mediation to expand the application channels and mediation methods.However,the current China’s labor dispute mediation system does not really play its "first line of defense" role,it still has many shortcomings and unreasonable places in the organization setting,personnel professionalism,procedure setting,mediation results and other aspects.Most of the existing researches related to labor dispute mediation improve the relevant system of labor dispute mediation from the professional perspective of law.However,from the actual point of view,the improvement of the existing system will be difficult to guarantee the timeliness,and in the actual operation will be more difficult,labor dispute mediation cannot play its due role as soon as possible,it is difficult to meet the growing and complex labor dispute problem needs.However,the participation of corporate social work in labor dispute mediation can just solve this difficulty.Enterprise social work can use its unique perspective of labor disputes,using the concept of professional analysis,the scientific methods and skills into the mediation process,in the mediation of general labor disputes can play a positive role,contribute to labor dispute mediation success,make labor relations more harmonious,and a more stable social environment.This paper is based on myself in H city street offices in the process of labor dispute mediation cases,and other related information,organize H city a street current labor dispute mediation work,analyze the problems and its reasons,and the feasibility of the enterprise social work involved in labor dispute mediation work analysis,with enterprise social work perspective of labor dispute mediation work make professional analysis,and give reasonable improvement opinions.
