In the context of the development of Internet economy,the sports industry has formed a new development format of digitization,networking and intelligence.At the same time,with the increasing improvement of people’s living standards and the popularization of national fitness awareness,the sports industry has exploded a huge market demand potential,and all kinds of customers with IT business needs in the industry are increasing,IT business service enterprises in the Internet sports industry are facing unprecedented market opportunities.But at the same time,challenges also follow.Powerful information technology service companies have joined the IT business service queue of Internet sports.Customers’ requirements for it products,technologies and services have gradually improved,and the competition in the IT business service market is becoming increasingly fierce.If information technology service companies want to occupy a certain market share in the Internet sports industry and maintain sustainable and healthy development in the competition,it is imperative to formulate a scientific IT business service marketing strategy.Starting from the background of IT business development of domestic Internet sports industry,this paper leads to the theme to be studied,that is,Huaao Xingkong IT business service marketing strategy,and then systematically expounds the theories used in this paper from the aspects of service marketing,it service industry marketing,Internet sports industry and so on.Next,a comprehensive study of the theme is carried out from the following parts: first,the company profile,business development direction,IT business content and other basic information are introduced.Then,the current situation and problems of Huaao Xingkong IT business service marketing in product,price,channel,business promotion,personnel management,display environment and service process are described and analyzed respectively;Secondly,through PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the macro and micro environment of Huaao Xingkong’s IT business,and makes a strategic analysis and summary of the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of Huaao Xingkong’s IT business through SWOT tool;Thirdly,the STP theory is used to analyze the IT business of Huaao Xingkong from three aspects: market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning.Further,the 7PS service marketing strategy theory is used to formulate a practical service marketing strategy for the IT business of Huaao Xingkong from seven aspects: product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible display and process management.Finally,it puts forward service marketing strategy guarantee measures from three aspects: constructing IT business marketing department,perfecting project management system and improving information construction level.
