In recent years,In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,trampoline sports parks,as indoor sports and entertainment projects,have been developing rapidly in major cities in China.With the continuous development of sports and leisure industry,trampoline parks are also rising rapidly.It not only breaks the technical limitations of traditional competitive sports,but also perfectly combines trampoline sports and games and entertainment,and develops from the initial small trampoline park to the large-scale chain industry nowadays,which is favored and respected by more and more consumers who pursue novelty and fashion.With the rapid development of trampoline sports in China in the field of competitive sports and the popularity of sports fashion,trampoline parks have been established in cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Wuhan,and although the development course in China is not long,only in 2014 to date,the rapid development of trampoline parks has left many sports and entertainment projects in the dust.Since 2016,the development course of trampoline parks has been full of challenges,but under the market restructuring and continuous exploration of enterprises in the past two years,there are now hundreds of trampoline parks,of which children-type trampoline parks occupy the vast majority,while others are independently operated,and some enterprises have even developed them into a chain business model.Although the trampoline park is still in the early stage of development in China,many enterprises are still caught in the dilemma of "open down,down open".However,if an effective business strategy can be formulated and the needs of consumers can be grasped,this predicament can be effectively avoided and a larger market share can be obtained.Customer traffic is the core competitiveness of trampoline parks,and customer satisfaction is the key factor affecting customer traffic.Therefore,actively promoting service marketing will bring greater benefits to the development of trampoline parks.Therefore,this thesis starts from the trampoline marketing ring,timely finds some problems in the development process of trampoline sports park,and proposes reasonable solutions to provide a practical basis for the long-term development of trampoline.This thesis takes the development trend of the industry of the Chengdu market of Blue Box Trampoline Sports Park as the background,and uses the knowledge of marketing theory to investigate the service marketing plan of the Chengdu market of Trampoline Sports Park.The results of this study show that there are some challenges in the company’s current business model,which may be rooted in various deficiencies in the company’s management system,market structure,and customer base.To address these challenges,this study adopts a SWOT analysis model to analyze the company’s market competitiveness,explore the company’s development trends,develop effective marketing strategies,and build an effective customer base so as to effectively promote the company’s development.Through an in-depth study of Blue Box Trampoline Sports Park’s 7PS service mix marketing theory,we can better understand the challenges the company is currently facing and draw from them important principles for its success.This will help us to better help Blue Box Trampoline Park continue to grow in a healthy manner.With the help of this theory,we can develop an individualized service marketing strategy.Develop a service marketing strategy suitable for Chengdu Blue Box Trampoline Park.This will make Chengdu Blue Box Trampoline Sports Park stand out in the fierce market competition.
