In recent years,with the development of China's economy,more and more families can send their children to study abroad.The market for studying abroad is booming,and the competition for studying abroad is fierce.More and more overseas study consultant companies begin to focus on providing customer service marketing means.Service marketing is a marketing theory developed in the 1980s.Different from traditional commodity marketing,it establishes good customer relationship through service quality.Guangxi AJ Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.is a leading agency for studying abroad in Guangxi.It is faced with the dilemma of turning its achievements from prosperity to decline.How can the company reverse its dilemma and revive its flag and drum?This paper will focus on the service marketing strategy of Guangxi AJ Education Consulting Service Co.,Ltd.and take service marketing as the theoretical basis.First,it introduces the background,purpose and significance of this study.Secondly,it briefly summarizes the marketing strategy and service marketing strategy.Then it uses the five-force model and SWOT analysis method to analyze AJ.The marketing situation of Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.is sorted out.The problems and reasons of AJ education in product,price,promotion,channel,personnel,service process are summarized by using STP and 7Ps analysis methods.Finally,the relevant safeguard measures of service marketing strategy are put forward.
