| Folk games are an important traditional cultural asset in China.Children’s nature is lively and calm,and their physical and mental characteristics determine the importance of games in early childhood education.Compared with cities,rural kindergartens are relatively poor in terms of teaching conditions.In this case,if rural kindergartens can do a good job in the development and management of folk games,use colorful and interesting folk games to carry out teaching,for kindergarten teaching.The improvement of the effect is of great significance.At present,the level of development and management of folk games in rural kindergartens is low.Many folk games with distinctive national characteristics and childlike innocence are not fully utilized,which is a negative impact on early childhood education.In view of the important role of game teaching in the field of early childhood education,it is objectively required that rural kindergartens pay more attention to the development and management of folk games,master the rules and skills of doing this work,and fully exploit and utilize valuable folk game resources to comprehensively improve kindergartens.The level of game teaching.This artticle selects the topic of rural kindergarten folk game development and management,and takes 5 rural kindergartens in C County as the research object.It focuses on raising the main line of folk game development and management,based on the questions,analysis and problem solving.Comprehensive use of theories and knowledge of pedagogy,sociology,etc.,using a combination of theoretical research and case studies,based on data obtained from questionnaires,using SPSS software for empirical analysis,to grasp the development of rural kindergarten folk educational resources Influencing factors,summed up the problems in the development and management of folk games,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The research shows that the current development status of five rural kindergarten games in C County is not ideal.The main problems include insufficient attention to the concept level,inadequate system management,large lack of development capability,and lack of due support in implementation.In view of the above problems,this paper uses the comparative research method,based on the development of the five rural kindergarten games in C County,based on the information obtained from the interviews,through the comparison of the experience of different kindergartens,the countermeasures for the development of rural kindergarten folk games are discussed.This paper proposes that the countermeasures for folk games in rural kindergartens should include the high priority given to the concept level,the ability to adapt to local conditions and the development of characteristics;the creation of a learning environment for kindergarten folk game culture;the development of children as curriculum resources;and the development of curriculum resources for parents.Through the work of the above aspects,we will comprehensively improve the level of rural kindergarten game development. |
