| Objective:Questionnaire survey was adopted to measure the level of learning motivation and learning delay of senior grade(fourth,fifth and sixth grade)students in primary school,to understand and analyze the current situation of learning motivation and learning delay,and to analyze the relationship between them.Based on the elementary school higher grades(grade four,five,six)raising the students learning motivation group counseling activities plan,on the part of the learning motivation and learning procrastination levels are low the elementary school higher grades(grade four,five,six)students learning motivation ascending group counseling intervention,improve their learning motivation,improve learning procrastination behavior.Methods:This paper mainly includes two studies.One is to investigate the status quo of students in grade 4 to 6 in an ordinary primary school in Tianxin District of Changsha City by using the Diagnoses of Learning Motivation Test and the Learning Delay Questionnaire of Grade 3 to Grade 6 pupils.A total of 590 questionnaires were sent out,and 559 valid ones were collected after the invalid ones were excluded,with a recovery rate of 94.75%.In the second study,a group activity program was designed to intervene some of the fourth,fifth and sixth graders in the upper grades of primary schools with low learning motivation and learning procrastination.Intervention activities were carried out for 10 times,focusing on four dimensions of improving students’ motivation for success,test anxiety,self-responsibility and requirement level.Research results:(1)The score of learning delay of senior grade students in primary school was close to 34 points,and the total score was between 20 and 40 points(the scale grade was "mild delay"),and there were significant differences in the demographic variables of grade and class leader.(2)The score of learning motivation of senior grade primary school students is at the middle level,and there are significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,grade,only child,teacher’s child and class cadre.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between learning motivation and learning delay of senior grade students in primary school.(4)There was no significant difference in the scores of learning motivation and learning delay between the experimental group and the control group at the pretest,and there was no significant difference in the scores of learning motivation and learning delay between the control group and the experimental group before and after the intervention.Conclusion:(1)The grade of learning delay of senior grade students in primary school is "mild delay".Through comparison,it is found that the performance of fourth grade students is better than that of fifth grade and sixth grade students,and the performance of class cadres is better than that of non-class cadres.(2)the elementary school higher grades students’ learning motivation level is moderate,found by comparing the girl learning motivation level of the overall lower than boys,the learning motivation of sixth grade levels below grade four,five,only child’s learning motivation is lower than the one-child,jucara vieira filial children learning motivation is lower than the teachers,the learning motivation is lower than the class cadre of the class cadre.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between learning motivation and learning delay in the senior grade of primary school.(4)Group intervention can effectively improve the overall level of learning motivation of upper grade primary school students and improve learning procrastination behavior. |
