The adolescent stage is a key period to develop study habits.The current family structure in the city is very different,the size of the family also become smaller,make teenagers adult family care personnel reduction,especially in urban double worker family,parents less energy to pay attention to youth learning habits,to its delay in learning behavior is more difficult to find and correct in time.In view of the current situation,the importance of social work involved in related family education is increasingly prominent.This paper takes the primary school students with the summer delay service of MS Primary School in Luohe city as the research object,and carries out relevant research and intervention through questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview,observation method and group work.Firstly,interview and investigate the procrastination behavior to obtain relevant information;secondly,use social learning theory and behavior control theory to analyze the causes of primary school learning delay,and select group work as the way of practice intervention.In the process of group work intervention,to improve the goal of pupils ’procrastination in learning,respectively set up to improve attention,improve self-control,improve learning confidence and other activities,focusing on the process and reflection of group work intervention in pupils’ study,procrastination and practice.At the same time,through the pre-and rear test and third-party evaluation,the group work can verify the interventional effect.According to the evaluation results of group activities,this group activity helped the understanding of the importance of time management,learned to improve attention,delay satisfaction and self-control,enhance learning confidence,effectively improve the situation of learning delay,and relieve the anxiety about academic tasks.However,whether the results of the long-term effectiveness of the activity,and whether it can be applied on the same type of primary school students and produce results,still needs further research.
