In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of school bullying incidents in our country,it has seriously affected the growth and development of students,endangered school safety,and will eventually have serious consequences that endanger the society.This has attracted the attention of all sectors of society and the government.It has also become a widely discussed issue in the education field.Among the existing research results,there are more researches on the group of bully-victims on campus,and the research on the bullies themselves is relatively lacking.Therefore,this thesis takes bullies in primary school campus bullying as the research object,analyzes their characteristics,demystifies their motivations,and proposes corresponding educational strategies for guidance.It is a research topic that has both theoretical significance and strong practical relevance.The paper takes bullies as the research object,and leverages questionnaires and interviews to understand the four types of bullies in elementary schools(aggression bullies,anxiety bullies,unconsciousness bullies,and intentional bullies)and their physical,psychological,Behavioral characteristics.We also performed a In-depth analysis of the forming factors of bullies mainly include: unhealthy growth environment factors in the social family;complex and unbalanced school education factors;and improper psychological and cognitive factors of the bullies themselves.Finally,it is proposed to play the leading educational role of the school to bullies;optimize the family environment of the bullies;create a social environment conducive to the healthy growth of the bullies;and improve the bully’s own literacy.
