| Based on the division of the roles of campus bullying,the author found that the role of pro-bullye in campus bullying incidents not only plays an important role in the occurrence of bullying incidents.At the same time,it also has important significance for bullying early warning and prevention.In this study,eight students from a boarding school in a city in Guangxi were used as the research object.The semistructured interview method was used to collect data to study the formation mechanism of pro-bully from static and dynamic levels.Firstly,the static aspect analyzes the social ecological environment in which the individual pro-bullies live from the micro,medium and macro aspects.At the micro level,young students are in the stage of rapid physical development,and there is a gap in physical strength between individuals.The immature psychological development will lead to insufficient cognition of bullying,and the existence of "pathological" sense of security and false self-realization will have an internal impact on individuals.At the middle level,the first is that the family is influenced by location factors and parental education mode;the second is that the school is influenced by teacher management and campus culture construction;the third is that the peer group mainly comes from peer group pressure and negative interaction among group members.Secondly,the dynamic aspect analyzes the role change process of probullies from the perspective of "process-event" analysis theory.Through the analysis of the key factors and key events in the process of role change,the motivation mechanism for the formation of pro-bullies is summarized as follows: first,the internal motivation,which mainly includes the drive of individual security needs,the failure of individual social cognitive bias to correct errors,and the formation of error trial learning;The second is the external promotion,mainly from the peer group pressure,education corruption to promote the rationalization of misconduct external promotion;At the same time,it was found that the formation of pro-bullies was also influenced by positive intervention by positive factors,which inhibited the formation of pro-bullies to a certain extent.When the pulling force of positive intervention was less than internal motivation and external promotion,individuals would develop into pro-bullies.Finally,on the basis of research and analysis,this study believes that in school education to strengthen the construction of teachers and campus culture,pay attention to students’ psychological counseling,through ideological and political courses for students to establish a correct image of youth,to correct the psychological dependence of dislocation,in order to reduce school bullying. |
