In the 21 st century,various industries are undergoing changes and development under the promotion of “Internet plus”,and the development of education cannot be separated from the guidance and support of information technology.Modern information technology has changed the present way of physical education and will reshape the educational concept in the future.In the education reform,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode,with the support of national policies and the help of online education platform information resources,combines students’ online learning and offline classroom learning,enriching the PE teaching mode.In this study,literature method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method were used to study the effect of online and offline mixed aerobics teaching mode on the social sports instruction and management class of grade2019 in the School of Physical Education Science of Harbin Normal University.In this paper,based on the in-depth understanding of the current situation of college aerobics teaching,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,the research background,purpose and significance are described,define the relevant concepts,so as to complete the development of research methods;On the constructivism theory,bloom education cognitive goal classification theory and learning theory as the theoretical support,analyses the early stage of the teaching,design the teaching activities and teaching evaluation,build online hybrid teaching mode and implementation of aerobics course,specific show three stages of teaching before,class and after class,and in-depth analysis of the teaching effect.Finally,it summarizes the implementation of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode of aerobics,in order to have a certain guiding significance for the implementation of aerobics courses in universities.The research conclusions are as follows:First,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode takes into account the learning needs of different students in the teaching,which is conducive to the acquisition of knowledge and motor skills.It is an inevitable trend of the teaching reform and development of calisthenics using modern technological means.Second,the implementation of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode enables students to achieve high-quality preview and review,increase their after-class learning time,and help students improve their independent learning ability.Third,in the online and offline hybrid teaching mode,students’ “learning” is the center,which can improve students’ ability to find and solve problems,and help enhance the interaction and communication between teachers and students,so as to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and promote the completion of teaching objectives.Fourth,during the implementation of the online and offline blended teaching mode,there is insufficient connection between online and offline teaching content,which will have a negative impact on students’ learning effect.
