| Currently the Chinese undergraduates’ fitness has been declining yearly,which poses a severe threat to the physical education teaching in institutions of higher learning in our country.The reform of the traditional sports teaching mode and its profound influence hereto has become an important orientation for academies at present and in future.Yoga is a new physical education course and it has drawn the undergraduates’ focus with its unique function internally and externally.However,the traditional yoga offline teaching mode neither could fit nor meet the urgent needs of their physical health development,so it has crucial practical value for the reform and innovation.Objective: This study uses constructivism learning and mixed learning theory,then follows the principle of interactivity and complementarity,it has designed the operation program of online and offline mixed teaching mode for yoga public elective course in colleges and universities in Shenyang.After that,it has laid down the relevant assessment system and examined its practical application effectiveness.The objective is to clarify the application value of online and offline mixed teaching mode in the college yoga optional course,so as to improve its entirely consequence and promote the coordinated development of their physical and mental health,thus providing a brand new instruction pattern.Methods: 60 students(all female)were randomly selected from the class of 2020 yoga public elective course as the experimental objects in Liaoning University of Communication and Communications,while intergroup homogeneity method was used to divide the selected students into experimental group and control group,which were two groups of 30 people.According to the syllabus,the test lasted for 12 weeks with a total of 24 hours.These two groups adopted online and offline mixed teaching mode and those in the control group have received traditional offline instruction.Moreover the experimental group and the control group were given the same questionnaire survey and physical health test as before the experiment after the construction.Meanwhile the test results as well as the scores of the theoretical examination were compared and analyzed within and between the groups,which were applied to verify the construction effect of the online and offline mixed teaching pattern.Results:Ⅰ.After 12 weeks and 24 hours of teaching experiments,the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in skill test and technical evaluation,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).Ⅱ.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of their theoretical test scores,their interest in learning,their attitude towards learning,their consciousness of autonomous learning,their consciousness of cooperative learning and their motivation(P<0.05).Ⅲ.The physical health indexes of the experimental group,such as vital capacity and flexibility,changed significantly before and after the experiment(P<0.05),compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ⅰ.The mixed online and offline teaching mode of yoga public selected courses helps students to accurately grasp yoga movements,ensure the quality of action completion,form a mutual cooperation between breathing and action,and can guide and promote students to maintain a peaceful state of mind in the process of yoga posture learning.This has an important role in promoting and improving the students to improve the learning effect of yoga posture,experience the distant artistic conception of yoga,and feel the profound connotation of yoga.Ⅱ.In the mixed online and offline teaching mode of yoga public selected courses,the theoretical learning content in classroom teaching is moved to the form of online teaching,give full play to the advantages of online teaching,provide students with sufficient theoretical learning time,and play an obvious role in improving students ’ theoretical level of yoga.Ⅲ.Online and offline mixed teaching mode can stimulate and guarantee students ’interest in yoga learning,correct and improve students’ attitude towards yoga learning,and promote the cultivation of independent learning consciousness and cooperative learning consciousness: it has positive regulation and promotion on the determination of positive learning motivation.Ⅳ.After 3 months of mixed online and offline teaching of public yoga elective courses,the Ming Dynasty has an obvious improvement and promotion effect on students ’ respiratory system and physical flexibility.Therefore,through the application of online and offline hybrid teaching mode,the students of students ’ yoga sports literacy is effectively improved,indicating that the online and offline hybrid teaching mode has certain application value.Ⅴ.The traditional offline yoga teaching has a certain role in promoting students ’ physical health level,but the effect is relatively small.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to change and innovate the traditional offline yoga teaching. |
