| Since 2018,the Ministry of Education has issued a series of documents and notices on the development of children’s football,which clearly points out that the focus of campus football has moved down to kindergarten.Increasing the development of children’s football,the children’s football teachers have a vital role to the development of children’s football,in the face of a new field,not only the teaching content,method and mode difference between elementary school and adult education of football,due to the particularity of the preschool education,children’s football education has more and higher requirements for teachers.However,at present,there is a shortage of preschool football teachers,so the cultivation and source of teachers are the key problems to be solved urgently.Moreover,the content,way and quality of the training of preschool football teachers largely determine the quality of the development of preschool football.Based on the "children’s football training of teachers" in guizhou province as the research subject,through the literature material law,interview survey method,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation method,logic analysis of guizhou province children’s football teaching current situation investigation and study,in view of existing problem from the source of teachers,training methods and training mode to explore children’s science related constructive countermeasures to cultivate teachers for football.Through the research,this paper has the following conclusions:1.Currently,there is a shortage of kindergarten football teachers in Guizhou province.Most of the teachers in kindergartens come from the original kindergarten teachers who serve as part-time football teachers,and very few kindergartens have full-time external football teachers.2.At present,female teachers are the main part of the kindergarten football teacher team in Guizhou Province,while a small number of male teachers are from outside and young teachers are the main part.3.At present,most of the preschool football teachers in Guizhou province are from pre-school education majors without football foundation;The vast majority of preschool football teachers with football skills and theoretical learning experience are external teachers of physical education.4.At present,most kindergarten football teachers in Guizhou province have kindergarten teacher qualification certificate,but no football coach certificate or referee certificate;A small number of teachers who have coach certificates and referee certificates are external teachers,but they do not have kindergarten teacher certificates.5.At present,there are few times for kindergarten football teachers to participate in special training at all levels in Guizhou Province.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:1.Football teaching should be added to the course of Pre-School Children’s Physical Education for pre-school education majors in colleges and universities and included in the professional compulsory course.2.Football is compulsory in college PE class for pre-school education majors in colleges and universities.At least one semester of football is required in each semester.3,normal colleges and universities can add children’s football specialty appropriately.4.The training program of preschool football teachers in colleges and universities should be distinguished from football education in primary and secondary schools.5.Bring the training of preschool football teachers into the national training plan.6.Include the training of preschool football teachers into the overseas study program for Chinese campus football coaches.7.Learn from the training mode of foreign kindergarten football teachers.Implementation of the "certificate on duty" mechanism. |
