The further widespread popularity of early childhood soccer,starting with the official launch of the pilot work of kindergartens with soccer characteristics in China,marks the comprehensive downward extension of school soccer work.The construction of kindergartens with soccer characteristics aims to achieve the promotion and popularization of early childhood soccer activities at the early childhood stage and is a key focus point for the sustainable development of school soccer.As an important part of the first batch of kindergartens with soccer characteristics in Guizhou Province,the research on the sustainable development of its early childhood soccer activities within the scope of Guizhou Province has certain guiding value.This paper mainly uses literature,survey,mathematical and statistical methods,and case study methods,and takes the soccer activities of kindergartens with soccer characteristics Qiandongnan Prefecture as the research object,focusing on six aspects: basic overview,management,conditions,teaching and education,cultural construction,and the perceptions of major stakeholders.The study provides multi-level and diversified strategies for the sustainable development of kindergartens with soccer characteristics,hoping to help the popularization and promotion of early childhood soccer activities and the construction of kindergartens with soccer characteristics in Guizhou Province.The study shows that:(1)Under the national trend of promoting the popularization of early childhood soccer and consolidating the foundation of school soccer development,the kindergartens with soccer characteristics Qiandongnan Prefecture are building their characteristics according to the requirements and indicators,providing the necessary guarantees for the activities to be carried out,and carrying out early childhood soccer activities from a practical point of view and according to their ability.It also serves as a model and leader for other kindergartens Qiandongnan Prefecture to carry out early childhood soccer activities and improve the level of early childhood soccer education.(2)The development of kindergartens with soccer characteristics Qiandongnan Prefecture is in the exploratory stage,and the lack of scientific and effective organization and leadership management,the importance of management personnel needs to be improved,and the vague concept of soccer activities for young children leads to the lack of systematic and scientific combination of sports and education for young children,as well as the lack of unified goals of soccer activities,the lack of specific organization and management system,the rationality of implementing activities,and the lack of comprehensive evaluation methods.There is also a lack of unified goals for soccer activities,a lack of a specific organizational management system,a lack of rational implementation of activities,a lack of comprehensive evaluation methods,and a lack of a unified and perfect indicator system and guidance outline.(3)Most of the kindergartens with soccer characteristics face the realities of insufficient basic sites,tight funding,and single source,and the lack of basic security is an important factor that limits their activities;the profession of soccer teachers in the kindergarten is mainly preschool education,while the external coaches who are more mobile are mainly specialized in soccer.The differences in professionalism and lack of systematic training lead to differences in the form,methods,and effects of soccer activities.(4)The frequency and length of the teaching courses of early childhood soccer in kindergartens are low,the professionalism and applicability of the teaching basis need to be improved,and the form of the activity is single;there are differences in the co-education and cultural construction of early childhood soccer activities in kindergartens,and the lack of awareness in this regard makes some kindergartens pay too much attention to the form and lack of individuality in the development,and it is difficult to play the full educational value of early childhood soccer if it is out of line with family education,which is not conducive to long-term development.This is not conducive to long-term development.(5)The development of kindergartens with soccer characteristics Qiandongnan Prefecture shows an uneven situation.Some kindergartens start early,always pay attention to and constantly summarize and innovate,and have rich experience and characteristics in the development of activities,while individual kindergartens fail to meet the requirements of new trends in development and combine with the actual situation of kindergartens,and the form of activities is too traditional and single.It is found that the uneven situation is a direct result of the divergence of organization and management,the lack of conditions and guarantees,the differences in education and teaching,and the differences in cultural construction.Therefore,there is still great upside and huge potential to promote the sustainable development of soccer characteristic kindergartens Qiandongnan Prefecture.(6)Strategies to promote the sustainable development of soccer activities in kindergartens with soccer characteristics Qiandongnan Prefecture are as follows: 1.pay attention to scientific goal management,play the role of indicating the direction;establish a sense of cooperation and win-win situation,build a regional sharing platform;reasonably use social power to promote the integration of social resources;establish a comprehensive management mechanism and improve the selection and evaluation system.2.strengthen the comprehensive management of talents,promote the two-way improvement of teachers;optimize infrastructure The company will also strengthen the comprehensive management of talents and promote the two-way improvement of teachers;optimize the construction of infrastructure and solidify the foundation for activities;broaden the sources of funding and improve the management of funding;strengthen the safety management and reduce the hidden dangers of the competition system for young children and dilute the competitive nature of soccer;enhance the awareness of co-education at home and form a joint educational situation.4.create a strong Cultural atmosphere,focus on cultural environment construction;increase publicity efforts to improve the impact of early childhood soccer.
