| The modernization of education,rural education is a weak link and short board;the development of rural education,rural teachers must be given priority;improve the quality of rural teachers,on-the-job training is the main path.In accordance with and implementing the relevant national policies,Guizhou Province has formulated a series of training systems for rural teachers,such as the "National training Plan" and the "Provincial training Plan ",which provides a strong institutional guarantee for the development of rural teachers.To this day,have these training systems achieved the desired results? This is precisely the problem that this paper tries to explore and solve.This research mainly starts from combing the system text and the field investigation system implementation two aspects,discusses the Guizhou province village teacher training system in the implementation process existence question and the reason,and tries to put forward the village teacher training system implementation optimization suggestion,enhances the system implementation effect,in order to better fulfill the system anticipated goal.First,the research starting point of rural teacher training system is expounded.On the one hand,it clarifies the rationality and necessity of this research,and answers the question of "why choose rural teacher training system ";on the other hand,it combs the current research situation at home and abroad in detail,obtains the research perspective,determines the core concept,selects the research method,and clarifies the research path from the two aspects of system text combing and system implementation investigation.Second,combing the text to summarize the characteristics or requirements of the training system.The aim is to find out the proper state of rural teacher training and to lay the foundation for the perspective of the implementation problems and their causes and the search for suggestions.The characteristics of the current training system for rural teachers in Guizhou Province are: the level of training objectives is clear,the categories of training objects are comprehensive,the training methods are diversified,the training content is diversified,the training guarantee measures are institutionalized,and the items are entered.Third,investigate the current situation of the implementation of the training system.Collect and sort out the questionnaire and interview records,and analyze the current situation of the implementation of the training system for rural teachers in Guizhou Province from seven aspects: the main body of the training system,the training target,the training object,the training content,the training time,the training method and the training examination.Fourth,analyze the problems existing in the implementation of the training system and its reasons.Combined with the text combing and investigation and research from the system itself,the main body of system implementation,system target groups,training system environment and other aspects to analyze the reasons for the system implementation in existence.Fifth,put forward the optimization suggestion of system implementation.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the implementation of the system,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the implementation of the rural teacher training system in Guizhou Province from three aspects of enhancing the implementation of the system : " localization,precision and systematization ".The details are as follows: first,strengthen the rural characteristics of the training system,highlight the characteristics of the training system Guizhou,strengthen its pertinence;second,pay attention to the stage of teacher development,mobilize the endogenous development of teachers,improve the quality of the training system implementers;Third,improve the training system implementation support service system construction,systematic integration of training system,play a system integration effect. |
