The modernization of education,rural education is a weak link and short board;the development of rural education,rural teachers must be given priority;improve the quality of rural teachers,on-the-job training is the main path.In accordance with and implementing the relevant national policies,Guizhou Province has formulated a series of training systems for rural teachers,such as the "National training Plan" and the "Provincial training Plan ",which provides a strong institutional guarantee for the development of rural teachers.To this day,have these training systems achieved the desired results?
